I am disappointed with my experience at this college. The quality of teaching was below expectations, and the course content was not delivered in a clear or well-organised way.

Communication and student support were also poor. It was often difficult to get clear answers or proper guidance, which made the learning experience frustrating.

Based on my experience and that of some classmates, the pass rate also seemed quite low. For example, out of 4 students, 2 did not pass, which raises concerns about the level of preparation provided for exams.

Considering the fees, I do not believe the service offers good value for money.

I hope the college takes steps to improve teaching quality, communication, and student suppor.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Order price confirmed with the shipping charges was officially confirmed. However, the company later contacted me demanding an additional shipping fee. A confirmed price should be honored, and asking for more money after the fact is unprofessional and unfair to the customer. I expect better transparency from a business.

I sent my MX56C Metrix Metre to PASS for calibration. They found a fault and I agreed to pay for this to be fixed . The metre was returned with the casing damaged where they had levered it apart. I emailed back my complaint with photos and never received a reply or apology.

If your looking to buy something from this company look elsewhere , I bought a megger x1 not cheap, has never worked correctly been back to them to say it needs to go back to megger ( also wouldn’t buy anything megger) I haven’t had a tester for a month , I’ve since bought another tester as how can you work without a tester ?I didn’t just buy this for fun, Poor attitude for something that costs over 1k and still has warranty and is less than a year old, don’t buy from them and definitely don’t buy megger

It's been 17 days and still no refund has shown up in my account,I was told it would take 3 working days,it's bank Holiday Monday and still zero money.

This company is shocking you book in to a course and pay for it and cancel your jobs to do the course and then you find out that your course has been cancelled so you lose out on your wages. Absolutely dog crap company I will never us again absolutely waist of time

Great customer service and they have never let me down in the years I've been using them to calibrate my equipment- I usually deal with Clare who is extremely helpful and professional.

I have dealt with Steve on a number of occasions, and I have always been impressed with his service - he had understood exactly what I require, and helped me to make the best informed decision.
