Ordered a lounge chair for my conservatory, it arrived promptly and well packaged. The delivery team were very friendly. The quality of the chair is amazing, and it is so comfortable. I am really pleased with my purchase. Will definitely be purchasing more products.

Chairs of an incorrect colour were delivered but after a call to Pash the correct ones were delivered on the following day.
Also, we initially had difficulty in assembling the first chair and Pash offered to help by giving us a call back later in the day so that a member of staff could talk us through the instructions. This happened but by then we had successfully assembled the first chair. However, we appreciated the willingness to assist in this way.

Purchased a ‘replica’ Noguchi coffee table. Having seen the real article in a showroom recently, I am delighted to say the one I now own is practically indistinguishable from the original.

Ordering was super painless, delivery very prompt and handled by a couple of incredibly helpful delivery chaps.

Looks great, amazingly low cost and a customer focused company ethos it seems.

I was wary of buying furniture online without being able to sit on it first. On phoning Pash it turned out that their warehouse was just down the road from where I live in Leicestershire and they were really helpful in arranging for me to visit and try out the pieces that I was interested in.
I ended up buying an Eames Lounge chair and Eames Office chair EA119.
I was a little concerned on initially trying the lounge chair that it was firmer than I expected, but having used it for around a month it is really comfortable. It also looks fantastic (I went for the black / walnut combo) and is great quality. The only small issue I had was on a tiled floor there was a very slight 'rock' in the ottoman, but that was easily removed by adding some felt furniture pads to the bottom of the legs.
The EA119 was not a chair I would have bought had I not tried it at the warehouse - I was initially looking for something more "squishy". However, they are incredibly comfortable (I found more so that the more comfy-looking ones I tried) and also feel like they keep you in a good posture. The leather is great quality.
Overall - I'm delighted with my purchases and was very impressed with the service from Pash, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

One of my new chairs after 2 days started to be of balance I'm check and the frame bend ,so I'm have a chair I can't use and others scare to use ,I'm a skinny person no can blamed on weight or abuse,dissatisfied and disappointed

Ordered our Jacobsen Style Series 7 dining chairs on Wednesday night and they all arrived undamaged on the Friday. Easy to assemble. We are delighted with our stacking chairs. They look far more expensive than the £39 price tag and are very comfortable. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Great communication great product and at a great price...

We purchased a Philippe Stark inspired Ghost Chair and are very pleased with the product. It’s comfortable, sturdy and well made. It is exactly as advertised and was delivered as indicated. Customer service was polite and efficient.

Excellent. Arrived on time, well packaged, easy to assemble, top quality product indiscernible from the ‘genuine’ article.
Smell of real leather sets this apart from cheaper fakes. A wider range of leather colours would be welcome.

I'm impressed with the service provided by Pash. There was a slight delay with dispatch but that was largely to do with me living in a remote area, once that had bee7946n sorted out and additional shipping costs paid for, the delivery was quick and the Eames style chair was received well packaged and very quickly. We ordered a set of black wishbone dining chairs. They were out of stock so I emailed first to check the lead time. Becky replied quickly and was very helpful. We're very happy with the chairs and the customer service.

Originally ordered a set of dining chairs. These were good value and quality. They were easy to assemble and delivery was exactly as stated.The seat covers did not suite our needs but were changed without cost and promptly.
Recently a chair foot cap snapped, I phoned Pash on Friday about a replacement and some arrived Next day first class post.

Fantastic table I purchased from Pash. I absolutely love it as it’s an amazing centre piece in my lounge. I just wish there was the option to have someone assemble it. It weighed a lot and I couldn’t put it together myself.
