Ordered 4 parts, got one and lost $100.

I have placed an order for four parts and only received one. The order total was $140 including $30 for the super slow shipping. The value of the part I did receive is $24. I called the customer service asking for a clarification - he suggested that I will open a case and sent me on my way. More than $100 lost. Do not do business with this company.

Part = good PartsGeek = Terrible

Part - good, PartsGeek - BAD

The fuel injectors themselves are fine. My issue is entirely with PartsGeek.

I ordered these specifically because their listing stated O-rings were included. They weren’t. I contacted PartsGeek expecting a simple fix: send the missing seals, their inexpensive O-ring kit, or a small partial refund so I could buy them locally.

Their solution? Return the entire set of injectors.

The injectors were already installed because I trusted their product description. We’re talking about a few inexpensive rubber O-rings, not a defective part. I wasn’t asking for free injectors or anything unreasonable—I simply wanted PartsGeek to provide what they advertised as included.

Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. PartsGeek had an incredibly easy opportunity to make this right and chose not to.

Good part. Terrible customer service. I won’t buy from PartsGeek again.

Order from Partsgeek at your own risk.

Parts Geek sent me the wrong part. They finally accepted a return but refunded only part of my costs and I had to pay $18 to ship the part back. I am out $21 and four days waiting for their mistake to arrive. Order from these people at your own risk. Amazon has the same parts and will make a mistake right.

Terrible experience with Parts Geek

Terrible experience with Parts Geek. I ordered an A/C compressor for a 2008 Kia Optima and entered the vehicle information correctly. Parts Geek sent the wrong part. A mechanic confirmed that it was not the correct part for the vehicle.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Parts Geek acknowledged the problem themselves. Their return documentation lists the reason as “Inaccurate website description,” and they also sent an email stating, “We apologize that you received an incorrect part(s).” They authorized the return and instructed us to send it back.
We returned the part, and Parts Geek received it. They then refused to issue the refund because the part had been “used or installed.” But how are you supposed to determine that a part is incorrect if it has never been installed? The part was installed specifically so we could determine that it was the wrong part.
Now Parts Geek has the returned part and our money.
We are extremely disappointed with how this was handled. If a company sends the wrong part, acknowledges that it was the wrong part, authorizes the return, receives the merchandise back, and then refuses to refund the customer, that's not acceptable customer service.
I would strongly recommend being very careful when ordering from Parts Geek.

I had to send parts back

I had to send parts back . Because it was the wrong rotors . I had to pay $80 for shipping because unlike most companies they don’t pay for the return shipping . So after said and done I may get back %40 of the part cost after I’m out the shipping cost . Go to car parts.com better service they pay for the return if needed .

Instead of a set of inner and outer tie…

Instead of a set of inner and outer tie rods and a set of brakes, I received only the inner tie rods.
I thought it would be an easy fix by calling them. but the hotline just hangs up after saying they have high call volumes. Now I cannot complete the job and Parts geek is unresponsive with no means to communicate. Order# 32-9552502.

Ordered a fuel pump for a car

Ordered a fuel pump for a car, got axle retention kit for a wheel barrow 1/3 the cost of the part I desperately needed. I called for 2 hours to be hung up on repeatedly only to find out they will not do anything to rectify an issue like this.

It's not really cheaper in the long run

The cost to ship a core part back is the same as the core charge. Save yourself the hassle and buy local. It was same price after paying shipping. The customer service rep i used to order my part only said get a hold of us when your ready to return it and we will email you all the info. Never once did he say and you'll be paying to ship it back. I will never use this site again! It cost them $11 to ship it to me, and it cost me $45 to shop it back. Which I did not do!

The parts are of excellent quality

The parts are of excellent quality. However, you guys use FedEx shipping and FedEx is the worst, leaving parts in random locations in my yard. I pay for expedited shipping and see that FedEx is supposed to deliver the package but they deliver them another week later. If you keep using FedEx to ship then I will no longer purchase products from you.

Frauds, liars, cheats, and thieves

Frauds, cheats, liars, and thieves. They screw up parts orders all the time. They 100% of the time make the customer pay 100% for their mistakes and wrongdoing. They are 100% incapable of taking responsibility for how horrible they are, even a little bit. At first i thought they were going through a bad time and was lenient, but after a couple years and numerous experiences i realize they are this. I'm boycotting them, and as a professional mechanic and letting all my customers know. These are frauds here who defraud and scam people.

They make mistakes and the customer pays!!

I ordered a gas cap for my Buick Enclave and they sent me one that doesn't fit and I want to return the part and I've been getting the runaround for over a week now. They won't send me a return shipping label when they even admitted that they sent me the wrong part. I also paid an extra $2.95 for expedited shipping and it took almost 2 weeks when it was supposed to be 2-5 business days. I will never buy from this place again!!! You call to get customer support and someone from India who you can't understand answers the phone and offers absolutely no help. Part was $17.99 and for me to return it will coste $18. Are you kidding me?!?! They make a mistake and I have to pay $18 to get my $17.99 back. NOT!

I found a part for my car and put it in the shopping cart.

About $10 got added on for shipping. When I got to the final page, it added another $10 for shipping. That's $20

I called the company and I became #24 in the waiting line. After over a half hour the voice said I would be now #1. Another annoucement came and then ... hang up ????

That's not Customer Service at all.

To be honest if I could leave zero…

To be honest if I could leave zero Stars I would. I have ordered from them before over the years and never had a problem everything was great. I don't know what's going on now but I placed an order for over $300 for three items everything went through the money came right out of my bank account of course and I expected that the next day it would say that my order was being processed in fact they even paid for expedited processing as they let me to believe. Well that very late afternoon when I closed they sent me an email saying that my order was on hold because they needed a copy of my driver's license for verification to protect from customer fraud. Mind you, the money was already taken out of my bank account so that's really looking out for my best interest that makes a lot of sense like a one-legged man in a butt kickin contest. Okay so I went to the trouble of taking a picture of my license making a copy of it blocking out my license number date of birth as they said I could because they said all I needed was it to show my face my name and my address I gave them exactly that. I called the next day the rep said oh yes we see we received it and everything should be fine give it a couple hours probably show up is now being processed. By that afternoon it was not I called back got another rep and she said yes we see we received it can you send a picture directly from your license without making a copy of it? I said but then I would not be able to black out the information as you told me I can do I said is not everything nice and clear as you ask for and she said oh yeah it's clear they said that I don't understand the problem but I was catching already an attitude and a bad vibe. She said yeah okay well now we're just waiting for the warehouse to put it through but again that sound right. Then by the end of that day I received an email saying my order was canceled so I called up spoke to another rep and they couldn't give me a reason even though I know what it was a personal grudge obviously of some sort real good, but anyway that's the way that ended I said well they have to give a reason why they cancel my order and he said no it was just a problem with the processing I said but that doesn't make any sense he said well I don't know says his problem with the processing doesn't give a reason again, I feel it was personal. Anyway I thought everyone should know who reads this and I will never be doing business with them again but it's okay the blessing is I reordered all the same parts from another company I'll have some class and I won't say who I have not mentioned the names of the reps that I spoke to either out of respect but anyway I got everything for about $50 less so I'll take it take my daughter out to lunch. Thank you PartsGeek :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Part descriptions do not match actual item. Worst website ever. Returns are a huge pain and customer service is abysmal. They have sent me 3 parts that say fit but when they finally show up it’s not even close to the right part. Order your stuff somewhere else. I will never purchase anything from them and will forever speak poorly about this shit “company”.

I ordered a set of wheel speed sensors

I ordered a set of wheel speed sensors. They arrived as 4 seperate part numbers with nothing to identify which part is for what quadrant (RF/LF/RR/LR). After several contacts with customer service, I have been unable to get this information. I called and was hung up on by automated phone system without speaking to anyone. This company is a SCAM. They can't even verify that I received the correct parts!

Waste of My Time and Money

I don't know if I misread the description or if they changed it, but what I received was not what I ordered (or at least intended to order). Seeing as I went through many sites to find a part that would fit (different pin configuration than what most models take), I have serious doubts I ordered this if the description did not explicitly state this was the less common configuration. Now I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee which together are as much as the part. Even if this did fit, I wouldn't put this on my car. The quality is absolute junk despite being described as "OEM quality". I will never purchase an item from this site again.
