I needed a replacement wing mirror. A new one would have cost well into three figures, but I was offered a number of options for used parts in very good condition at competitive prices. I chose one for £70 incl. carriage. It arrived promptly and fits the purpose perfectly.

Website does not work asked to submit info then doesn’t load

I have been waiting for a headlight for 1 week. Haven't received a reply from them yet. it says you get from 1 to 3 days

Bought used parcel from this company it was in very good condition and arrived in 2 days would use this company again

I ordered a second hand drive shaft for my car. they have sent me a correct part and well packed within two days. Impressed me with their services.

Been using this company for about 20 years never had a problem. Recently I've had a couple of wrong parts sent to me where the breakers never wanted to pay me for the return postage. And on one occasion the breaker (specialist dismantlers Oldham) told me the part was damaged after returning it. Which it took them over a week to reply chasing them for my refund. When told partsgateway to investigate they didn't want to know telling me to talk to my payment provider and put it in a dispute. I asked partsgateway that they should at least ask the breaker to send me photos of the damaged part which the breaker did not send. No reply from breaker or partsgateway. Lost out on approximately £150. All good and well when you get the right part but alot of these breakers are scamming the customers when returning wrong parts by claiming that there damaged on arrival. What's the point of going through partsgateway might as well go direct. They ain't gonna be much help if there needed. Don't get me wrong bought 100s of parts over the years but partsgateway service has gone down the sh☆t hole. Good luck.

The site is simple to use,quotes are qiuck to receive and much cheaper than paying main dealer prices.

Living in Pembrokeshire & dealing with car breakers hundreds of mile's away on line was worrying me but I thoroughly recommend 1st Choice car spares. The part I required was sent to me on a pallet extremely well packaged in less than 3 x days from the point of ordering & at an extremely good price. Excellent service from the time ordered to delivery. Spoke to the supplier, Silverlake Automotive Recycling, to confirm compatibility of the part and advice and tone could not have been better. So glad that I found this site should I need parts in the future. I would recommend it 100%.

I needed some parts to repair my car - the experience was super smooth and I got my parts quickly, and at a reasonable price. Not having to phone round ten different breakers was brilliant!

Wrong parts sent and we had to pay to send them back in the same packaging it came in from the dealer..... Dealer said it was damaged on return and to seek a refund with parcel force as they wasn't prepared to a issue refund.. Part gateway was emailed with our problem and no reply or help..All good taking your money but you wont get it back

Ordered a spare wheel and a tool kit for my MG HS

Seller sent me on WhatsApp a photo of the front of the wheel and when I requested a photo of the tool kit they said: its just a jack & brace;

When I received the items I noticed that the back of the wheel is deeply scratched and the jack that they sent does not lift my car enough (on the jack is written: for VW golf, Skoda Octavia et; + the brace is too big for MG s HS wheel nuts

Used to be cheap but now recon is as cheap as used

I had questions which were answered quickly and accurately. The goods arrived within the specified time. Extremely well packed. The cheapest I found by far. I would definitely recommend.
