I came to Parrock Dental after finding them through Google and reading reviews and searching social media testimonials. I have always been very nervous and reserved about who to go to and who to trust with regards to getting my teeth done. I had complex needs and situations and needed a dental practice I could trust, I am a type 1 diabetic, I have advanced gum disease and there were gaps and spaces and wobbly teeth. I have never been shy but it was always there at the back of my mind, I covered my mouth when I laughed, I knew people would look at my teeth, they are the first things you see. With all that in mind my first appointment and consultation came around, I met with Rik and his team, immediately I felt at ease, I trusted them, they made me feel very comfortable, the beautiful surgery, clean, welcoming, does not feel clinical at all, the team, well I could go on and on, down to earth, welcoming and comforting, attentive and open and honest, I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed or that there was no fixing my teeth or to be nervous about my situation, the consultation was transparent, explained perfectly, taken at my pace, not rushed or forced, they were there for me and were very kind, from the very start it was what I wanted and how they could do that for me. The procedures themselves were seamless, no pain no problems, being diabetic I am exposed to having a higher infection rate, nothing, no problems, the aftercare was explained thoroughly and all procedures were great. I was so over the moon with my temporary implants I couldn’t imagine or fathom how much better could my final implants actually be, that when I was fitted with my final implants, (I have four front teeth through implants), it changed my life in ways I couldn’t have even imagined, the confidence of just knowing I can speak with confidence, smile with genuine happiness and not have to worry about what my smile looks like or how people were going to perceive me has absolutely changed my life, how natural my teeth look, how happy the staff are to see how happy they have made you also makes it so much more special, it is personal, they know my journey, they know my life, they have made it such a seamless, amazing, personal experience that I could not recommend them enough. I have one regret and that is that I did not do it sooner, thank you so much to Rik and his team for fulfilling all my hopes for how this process would go and how my teeth would look at the end. Kate at reception is a bundle of smiles and made it very easy for me just like the rest of the staff the hygienist was fantastic and I am very happy what was done the best is always last Rick is a gentleman and top class dentist thanks very much to all of you from David champion

I always get well looked after by Rik and the team. Going to the dentist used to be a real stressful situation for me but not anymore. I am always put at ease as soon as I walk in the door.

Approximately, 5 years ago I needed a dentist and was scared. I had lost three teeth in my lower jaw and my upper jaw my teeth were unstable. I took the bull by the horns and looked for a dentist in Gravesend. Parrock Dentil dentil came up on Google maps and I e-mailed them. They quickly got back to me. They immediately put me at my ease and suggested dental implants and regular meetings with the dental hygienist. All the procedures were done in a highly professional and friendly manner. They established the concept that a dentist is not a person to be scared of and everyone involved are there to help without a judgemental attitude. Its been five years and my experience has been first rate. My dental implants are excellent and everyone at Parrock Dental have been highly professional and very friendly. If you have any problems with your teeth modern dentistry is not the horrible experience you build yourself up to experience, it is a friendly helpful service that restores your confidence so that you can give a broad grin.

Went in for a general check-up. It was fast, I was given helpful information about my concerns, and instructed what to do next. I was seen by Laren.

The receptionists (Reena+Tracey) were very friendly as well.

What a lovely team of people. From when you walk in the door and a friendly receptionist greets you to the dentist and his assistant who did a wonderful job on my tooth.

Great welcome at reception today.
Yesterday I knocked off a crown.
I never thought that it would get repaired in just 25 minutes and was given advice afterwards about how to look after the repair.
Would really recommend this company and location at Perry Street

What an excellent service and transformation of my complex Dental needs. It was a long year with alot of visits, but Rik brought me back my Smile ☺ All of the staff were amazing and got me through the pain....Now I can Smile with confidence and eat my food, no concerns of ever not being confident in any way......not anymore. I highly recommend this Dental Practice and Rik is a perfectionist in his work, a great pleasure to know him and his results are of sheer excellence.

Always have a positive experience at perry street and they always have a fabulous team working their, its very sad to hear the news that there are closing and merging over to parrock st, please consider the Northfleet patients as I feel they are more friendly and comforting atmosphere it wont feel the same :(

Leaving another review after the practice got Trustpilot to remove my original one. I found Dr Rik Trivedi to be VERY charming and friendly. Hugged me and said "we're gonna be friends" at the end of my first consultation. I now realise how inappropriate that was. He's very competent at basic dentistry I'm sure. But he totally messed up doing my implant. Left me in severe pain without any pain relief for many weeks. It was horrendous. Needed multiple visits to sort out. It finally was although the finished look was less than satisfactory (confirmed by other dentists). But the worst of it was his once charming demeanour totally changed once he realised that I wasn't simply going to just put up with poor care that had come at significant cost and go away. I would never recommend this place.

Dentist Laven and colleague made the check-up and treatment a positive experience- thank you. Dentist Laven was reassuring and informative, explaining options and rationale and key considerations. He was quick, skilled and thorough, maintaining a friendly, communicative and professional approach during both visits.

Bessie was great and talked me through the process, nice and easy stress free cleaning process. Teeth are feeling better than ever

I had a hygienist appointment with Bessi and it was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! As someone who is quite nervous and anxious to go to the dentists, Bessi made the whole process super easy and was friendly and warming!

I came into perry street today for my hygiene and all the staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming everytime i come to visit from the receptionist, hygienist, nurses and dentist I can't praise this practice enough thank you everyone 😊

Just over 2 years ago I had some dental problems needing extractions and false teeth and likelihood of future work. After discussions at Parrock Dental, I opted for a full bridge replacement of my top teeth; the whole process was basically painless and now allows me to happily smile without a toothless gap. Rik did a fantastic job, and all of the assistants and receptionists have been brilliant and friendly.

I was made to feel very at ease and welcomed. The treatment I received was outstanding and would 100% recommend

Taseen was very professional, he was able to assist me with an issue that if not caught in time, could have been life-threatening. I can’t thank him enough for his brilliant attention to detail and still to this day, his aftercare is amazing.
