PARKLY Norway uses credit card numbers months after the use I made of their app, to make fraudulous transactions with debits of parking fee. They refuse to cancel or refund the transaction charged afterwards, even with claims posted to their support dpt & proof that I was not on site charged. Obliged to block credit card to stop the fraud.
They are truly bad at setting up signs when a parking goes from free 1 hour, to not free at all.
