I reserved parking at this company from August 6th to August 10th until 11:45pm
On August 6th everything went well, I dropped the car in their parking lot and they took me and my family to Lisbon airport in their mini-bus. And I was told where the pick up point is at the airport for when we returned from holidays.
On the night of August 10th around 11:45pm, me and my family went to the pick up point and their mini bus was waiting for us. To confirm, I also showed the driver the ticket that his colleague had given me on August 6th.
But when we arrived at their parking lot the driver didn't know where my car was.
He had to call his supervisor to find the car, as it was not in their parking lot.
When the supervisor arrived he was aggressive that I should have called when we landed...even after I told him the mini-bus driver was at the pick-up point and I even showed the car ticket to the driver who confirmed that it was the right place.
The supervisor had to go find my car who knows where! leaving me, my girlfriend and my children, 10 and 12 years old (the youngest autistic) in the open air of their parking lot. When he gave me the car it was already after 1 am.
And to this day I still don't know where they took my car and why it wasn't parked in their parking lot.
