Shameful company

Parking fine for loading a moving van outside my property parked across my entrance and my own parking bay. Appealed and told that I should have parked on the designated parking bays ei parked 100m away (if there was even space) and carried all of my items including furniture up the road. Laughable and shameful.

I got parking ticket in my own parking space

I got parking ticket in my own parking bay saying that the parking ticket was not fully displayed. I came to know that they were operating on site and was never contracted by the block managements. They had an agreement with service management company which was itself under investigation. I had 6 tickets on my car with same picture in all of them and in rows from 6am to night at 23pm.
They never sent the 1st two PCN and straight away an increased price PCN. At first they advised to email which was put on hold for 6 months (it was the time when their contract with the block management was held under investigation)later they had it rejected and the price went up to 440 with CCJ.
I must admit that I do not have time to deal with this nonsense but at the same time there are many more people who they target like myself.
few info: I found out online about this
* Company directors are all from Asia (India)holding passport from Italy and Britain. Their representing lawyers are also Asian and BW is only a law firm. "as per company house"
*They target around flat/premises which is managed by the service management and they are commissioned by them.
*they also have cherry pick people whose PCN does get waived off if the name sounds familiar or Asian. "one of their native speakers pcn was waived off and not mine"
*they are also supported by the IAS WHO in no circumstance validates the appeal -"case ref: 1101879 and 1101910"
I am not making accusations however, the above points are all based on facts.
I believe they're preying on so many people like myself and by reporting this online I hope for justice and I hope this company should be put under investigation.

I visit my daughter all the time at Pike Crescent on this particular day I parked there for an hour on a Bank Holiday to what we believed was free parking on the 6/4/26 you have given me a ticket and you claim you issued on 8/4/26 by post did not receive you sent Notice to keeper dated 22/4/26 advising I can not pay the reduce fee but must pay £100 Which I think is harsh this letter arrived today nearly a week later, So the first letter if any would of arrived 6 days later?? Your suggesting payment is less tan 14 days or even 7 days.
I always buy a ticket to park but I thought it was free on Bank holiday stayed for 1 hour because it used to be free. You have no clear sign saying other wise. The fine do not justify a one hour parking this is diabolical how you justify £100 fine in this cost of living crisis. Heartless.

Dirty robbing waste of human air

Dirty robbing waste of human air. The whole lot of you. Get a real life and job. You don't respond to my query about. A replacement pass for somewhere I live even when I have offered proof of living here. Scum of the earth.

They issued 7 PCN in my own parking…

They issued 7 PCN in my own parking space. By the time I received the first one 6 more were already on the way. I wrote to them to show that the parking space is mine and I have the right to park there. They said it doesn’t matter because my permit was not visible (it was on the floor, it had fallen and I did not noticed since I was 8 months pregnant and not even driving much).

It’s important to understand they do not charge the building management to be hired… so they make their money bullying residents.

Important to also mention I wasn’t even sure they were operating since external people were still ocasional parking in my bay… they are hired (for free) to help the residents and become nothing but a nightmare to the residents.

I also asked my landlord to confirm I’m entitled to park there which they did… again PPM did not care. So next thing they do is give BW legal the bill to collect. Another bunch with questionable values… once again I informed them I am legally entitled to park there… and once again they didn’t care, in fact they had added a lot of fees to the original amount for the PCNs.
Fast forward 2 years later and I won in court. It was a costly battle though. For some strange reason the judge didn’t think it was unreasonable for them to chase me.
They have caused me a lot of pain and hassle, they have affected my life as a new mum financially and mentally.

More people need to stand up to these companies. Please do not let them intimidate you an extort you if the parking space is genuinely yours.

Very poor service

Very poor service. They do not reply to either your building management or the residents. We have a problem with unauthorised parking in residents bays of our city block apartment, they simply do nothing.

The worst company to deal with. For them only profit counts, deal with them couple of times, always the same result. Even emergency parking for 15 min for them is big no no
But parking attendant can stay for over 45 min

Scammers!

I do not live in the UK and my car had not been used in almost a year and is securely parked and now this bunch of fraudsters are sending demands for a parking fine that cannot POSSIBLY be true and are threatening to tow my car. I will be taking this matter to court. Absolute scammers.

I wish I could give something less than 1.
More of a Looting management firm.
Got PCNs while moving homes into a new home as we were unloading.
Property does not have a Visitor bay parking and had to park closer to the lift entrance.
Ended up getting PCN even after explaining to their staff and their office via mail.

Absolute SCAMMERS!!

Absolute SCAMMERS!!! I’ve lived in a residential address for years! They’ve recently started to harass me by sending me PCN’s, whilst parked in my ALLOCATED BAY, with a PERMIT DISPLAYED, to tell me my permit wasn’t there!! Lies! I’m shocked they could be this brazen, not once but twice. They are bullies who stalk and harass for no reason. Simply money making. Why harass me at my place of abode?! I will never pay them a penny. I’m entitled (by contract and permit) to park where I live.

Told them that I live here over 10 year's also on the property there is I security gate which can only be open by residents caring a remote control.

So you have to be Rewarded to not know if someone park there it is a RESIDENT.

NEVER PAY THEM

Unfair PCN Received at Energie Fitness Ashford

I received a PCN after parking at my regular gym, Energie Fitness in Ashford, despite having used this car park without issue for years.

A new system requiring members to enter their vehicle registration was recently introduced by P&P Management, but there was no clear communication about this change. There was no leniency on their part, no understanding or logical reasoning.

It feels like a deliberate trap designed to catch people out. They are scammers with no morals.

They are a greedy bunch of unreasonable people

They are a greedy, unreasonable, exploitative, fraudulent company. My brother took an overdose following their issue of unreasonable £600 unjust fine. He has an existing parking permit and the windscreen of his car was smashed, which made it difficult to retrieve his parking permit. His car was taken for repairs and given a courtesy car. The courtesy car was issued fines following notes placed on the car that he was processing another permit. He appealed the fines and this greedy company declined despite producing evidences of his existing permit and smashed windscreen. My brother could not bear it after speaking to them and they still were not reasonable. He is currently in ICU following several medication overdose he took. A lady called Louise was the unreasonable supervisor that was spoken to. I will be suing them in event anything happens to my brother. They are bunch of money grabbing idiots and not bothered how that affects people's mental state.
