We have used this company a couple of times. Very hard to contact them as never answer emails or the phone. The last time we used them to service a gas boiler, all went well. Next day the boiler tripped the electricity and water was flooding out of it. My husband stopped the water. We rang and they turned up a couple of hours later. Said we needed a couple of parts and to ring/email to book. It was February with only a log burner for heating. We tried to contact them for 5 days - totally blanked us. Sorted out a new boiler as was recommended due to boilers age. Finally they contacted me after almost a week. I said we had sorted it. They charged us £106 for the 5 minute call out - would not use them again - EVER

Absolute scam artists, asked for 50 pounds for call out (fair enough) then misdiagnosed the pump as being he issue and asked for 495 pounds, then when I said no hameed said then pay me another 99 pounds for my investigation. Got another boiler man out and it was not the pump and only cost 80 pounds to repair

Parkers are an excellent company. I have been using them for many years and Dean and his team are always as helpful as possible. I would not use any one else.

Parker’s installed a new boiler for me and did a brilliant job. So much neater than the people who installed the original one. They also corrected the poor bits done previously and did the brickwork around the flue exit.
I have since used them again for a new stop tap. Prompt, efficient service and to a high standard.

This Suffolk based company is best avoided they are not trustworthy, and will leave you in the lurch. They serviced our boiler a year ago, but when it when wrong a few days before the anniversary of its next service, they refused to come out and fix it. The fault seemed to relate to the service interval being activated, which shuts everything down unless it is re-serviced. They denied this, and in consequence we were without hot water for 3 weeks until another Heating Engineer could be found who could repair it. We are in our 70's, and this is a despicable thing to do to anyone.
