Never ever use!!

Never ever use!!! Could not contact them upon landing, attempted for over 20 mins by which all calls were dodged. Eventually got through to customer services and they managed to connect me with the “chauffeur service”. Car was returned with half a tank of fuel missing as well as almost a hundred miles done on the car!! Car was covered in mud on the front as well as in the front and back footwells. Mens muddy footprints!!! Attempted to contact customer services and they do not answer!! I have attempted the live chat service and they do not answer. HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT USE ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

It's a no from me

I booked on a compare airport parking website where the company had good reviews. I received confirmation and my instructions. I arrived at the Short Stay car park which is where I was told to arrive and could not see anyone there, I rang the number again and was told to make my way towards the exit where someone would meet me. On arrival at the exit a hooded man got out of his car and approached me which made me very uncomfortable and he didn't explain who he was, also bearing in mind it was 04:20 in the morning. He told me to pay for my ticket, which wasn't advertised and I chose this company because all the other companies explained the ticket needed to be paid for and this one didn't. Both tickets had to be paid for on arrival and departing, which was an additional £12. If I had known this, I would have booked elsewhere for the additional money. The man took the ticket off of me and put it in the car window and I took all my luggage out and started walking to the airport. I did see him videoing the car before I left, and understand that's to ensure that I can't blame them for any dents, or scratches that were previously there. I was very uncomfortable with the interaction but tried to not let it deter me from my time away. On arrival back to Bristol airport, I rang the number provided and he asked for my number plate, there was a lot of umming and ahhing on the phone which made me very unconfident, and he asked how long I was going to be which was about 20 ish minutes as I had no luggage to wait for. I walked back to the short stay car park and waited for the car, which speedily entered the car park about 30 minutes after my initial phone call, which was fine, not so much the man's speed. The car was caked with mud up the side and smelt inside, which I was less impressed with. Overall, it's a no from me and I won't be using the company again, just based on the fact I had no confidence in the car even being returned to me and the uncomfortable interaction plus hidden costs.

Too risky

Next time id check the reviews first.. Our experience was OK. But wed mistook them for another similarly named business operating at other airports. This is just a mobile number that didn't answer initially both directions of our travel so affects pick up time and they dont advertise the £12 extra for short stay car park entrance /exit... No cover from the rain whilst waiting. Green frog is better option next time. For us

I booked a company called Swift Parking…

I booked a company called Swift Parking - they hit my car and when I called the mobile number I was advised to email the booking company direct with the claim. It bounced back of course it did. Apparently two months before my booking was taken the company had an application to be struck off. No luck tracing any one to help on the parking comparsion site either.

Dirty scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They lost my key, didn't inform me until I rang them to collect my car, said they had lost it days before and a load of other customers keys, asked them why they didn't contact me because I was abroad, easy enough to use WhatsApp or email, then told me to get a taxi home, I'm in Bristol airport but stay in Scotland, then told me to hire a car and keep all receipts they would refund me and pay for a new key and get my car to my by Wednesday or Thursday, this happened on the Sunday, wouldn't tell me ware my car was or let me see it, Monday morning wouldn't answer my calls or emails, I then used my friends mobile which they answered rite away, then started to get angry and shouting down the phone finally got a post code of them 2 days later, I had to send my spare key to London to a friend who was travelling back up the road, kept ringing them no answer, my friend turned up to the post code I was given, it was a muddy unsecured field, then wouldn't answer the phone again, he than had to climb the fence into the mud pit of a compound and take the car and open the gates from the inside, I then had to drive to Edinburgh Airport to drop the hire car off and collect mine from a friend, I sent the email with all receipts but had no reply, then thought they have my key and details, they could come and steal my car any time they wanted, rang the insurance company who are covering the new keys a fob key but not the hire car and fuel and a day's wages I lost going to collect the car so basically nearly £700 pounds ot of pocket, absolute scam these people, not 1 good review on trust pilot, they have done this to so may people its disgusting

Disgusting SCAM

Arrived back at 0015hrs on Sunday , was told after calling the mobile number several times that they had lost my car key and was instructed to get a taxi to my home address and FUND myself £141.

The following morning I had to go to Exeter to try and locate a spare key from the dealership - no luck. A replacement key at a cost of £618 - but had to be ordered from Japan .

I travelled to the most horrendous field full of cow and horse urine - , mattresses, deep mud and water in Banwell Bristol - this is a SCAM! Run by Asian males.

My car had to be recovered with a full lift and taken to Exeter to the dealership at a cost

I have reported to Trading Standards. Whilst there at Banwell I called the Police who attended - I will also be reporting to Bristol Airport , this is happening under their nose! And yet security should be paramount !

There are extra charges when booking and the request on phoning is not meet and greet but the Short Stay car park with no designated drop off .

The Manager is called Devi , he is living in Sussex/Gatwick area.. they have not repaid , not answered calls - Please can I ask everyone involved in the lost key LIE to contact me ? What if this was elderly, vulnerable persons using this appalling scam! Log number with Police 561 17032024 Police Officer has my details

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company under any circumstances, they are an absolute disgrace!
Got into Bristol Airport at 10.30pm only to be told there was a problem and they had lost my key. I was absolutely gobsmacked, how is that even possible??

Was then told to take a taxi home (25 miles away), and go to their 'secure compound's the next morning with my spare key to collect my car. Was assured they would reimburse me for everything.

All lies! The compound is a muddy field in the middle of nowhere near Banwell, took at least 10 attempts for them to answer the phone and grudgingly send someone out to unlock the rickety steel gates.

Despite emails to three different addresses, phone calls and Whatsapp messages they are completely ignoring my claim for expenses incurred of £454 including a new key.

This is an absolute shambles of a company, seemingly staffed by incompetent morons.
I have written to Bristol Airport Customer Services asking them to stop the company trading from their car park, doubt it will help though.

In short, please please please do not use this company!

Theft and dishonesty.

I paid 70 pounds for this service and then you pay an extra 12 for entering and leaving the short stay carpark. They picked up and returned the car but delivered it back with absolutely NO FUEL! I had deliberately filled up before I got to Bristol Airport so that it was one less worry for when I got back.
Very, very disappointed as it has ended up costing me more than parking it in the carpark. Theft is disgusting on any level !!
I phoned and they asked me to email, which I have done but to no response. Not good 😐

Horrible Experience - don't use

Firstly, it wasn’t made clear that once dropped off you would need to walk from the short stay car park to the terminal - not pleasant in the rain. Also what is not advertised properly is the additional £6 to pay at drop off and £6 to pay when collecting! And waiting 20-30 minutes to get the car when you ring. Their price looked cheap but with the tickets you might as well have parked in Short Stay directly!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER!
This was booked for me by the company I work for and I turned up to be greeted by a random man in the car park, no branding, no receipt of car being taken. So as I felt uncomfortable I called my boss who said it would be fine. I then came back a week later and when I called to be collected they told me they had LOST my keys and proceeded to get angry at me on the phone. Told be to get a taxi home (2 hours away). The next morning, I had a kind friend bring my key up BUT the company then did not pick up the phone up OR give me an address. I drove to a postcode that they have me eventually on a phone to find a dodgy unlocked field where loads of cars were parked in mud and no one there. They then came after 40 minuted and I had already got my van out with the spare key. The guy then shouted at me and told me I was stealing (my own van) and we had a shouting match for 10 minutes until he finally apologised after I asked. Totally unacceptable and as a solo traveller I felt really unsfae at all times. I am now paying 350 for a key replacement and have lost days of work through this as I am self employed. Really terrible experience and can honestly say I am not normally the kind of person that would get affected by much. SAVE YOURSELF THE MESS!

Scam

Scam. Lost my keys, had to get a taxi home to pick up my spare keys and drive to the 'compound'. Compound consists of a mud filled yard in Banwell, 2 shifty blokes not happy that we had gone in and demanded we leave. I now have to pay for a new key as well as parking and a taxi. Do not leave your car here under any circumstances.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers!!! We got to the short stay parking as requested (we had to pay £12 to enter the short stay which they don’t mention until after you book with them), we tried to call them to let them know that we are here but the guy on the phone just got angry (he was sleeping) and told us they would come soon to pick us up. There was no communication on where we should be waiting. After waiting 20 minutes we tried calling them again but they stopped answering their phone, we called 7 times as we had to catch our flight but still no answer. Then we thought we would just find another car parking place. Finally at the exit someone came out and said they were waiting for us. We were pissed because there was no communication, they didn’t bother to call us to let us know they were there. After that we thought ok forget it, let’s just enjoy the holiday.
When we got back we called the guy to let him know we had arrived, he started yelling for no reason and said ok fine the car is coming in 20 minutes!! I was shocked as all I told him was that we were there. After we got the car back the whole car was muddy inside and out, all the setting of the car had been changed, the car smelt like cigarettes, and worst of all THEY USED UP HALF A TANK OF MY PETROL. Mind you we had only been gone for 24 hours! When we called to ask them for an explanation they ignored us completely and haven’t responded to any phone calls or emails. They also seem to be operating under different companies so please be careful guys!

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost!! Firstly, it wasn’t made clear that once dropped off you would need to walk from the short stay car park to the terminal. Not too much of a problem but clearly not advertised. Also what is not advertised is the additional £6 to pay at drop off at £6 to pay when collecting. The worst part though was on landing at Bristol airport I called to say we had gone through security (no signal prior to this) and was told it was going to be a 30-35 minute wait. Why have the flight details if you don’t track? I waited 45 minutes before my car turned up. Then I got in my car - my Lexus had just had a valet there were muddy foot prints in 3 seats, it smelled of smoke (none of us smoke) and when I turned on the engine 70 miles of fuel had been used whilst I was away for 4 days. I am absolutely furious! Looking into how to complain and get compensation. The inconsiderate driver left me with 30 miles of fuel and the fuel light on. The mud in my car is awful and why have 2 other passengers been in my car? Will never use again awful awful service. Scam in fact!!

I have to say after reading the reviews…

I have to say after reading the reviews on the drive down to Bristol I said to my husband we are parking in the short stay!! Unfortunately it was ridiculously expensive and the long stay was shut so we had not choice. The email confirmation was inadequate, we only got one email, no follow up. Called the number to check our booking, no answer although someone did text back & said it was all okay..all felt a bit shifty though. However 10 minutes before we arrived in Bristol a nice man called saying he would meet us in the car park. All fine...I grilled him as he had no ID and said the communication was inadequate and I felt uncomfortable handing him the keys to our Range Rover. He was very polite said not to worry....on our return the car was delivered no problems pretty quick. All good. My only complaint is the communication is weak and they should have some kind of ID / uniform on the drivers when they collect as looks unprofessional and makes you worry. Also a message on the mobile saying its Meet and Greet would be helpful as that lacked professionalism too! Would use again now I know its okay.
