A very good and interesting magazine with worse subscription department
A very good and interesting magazine. Very professional journalists writing fascinating articles of political and social issues. BUT… being destroyed by a very amature and incompetent Subscribtion Depatment. Worst customer service in this department. If this lovely magazine ever closes down, I believe it was the subscription department that caused it most. They probably have too many people in this department, one hand does not know what the other does. No chain of responsibilities, no record of customer file treatment. “Shooting from the hip” solutions.
Having said that, maybe 99% of their sales are still from newsagents, and that is why they are not into subscription services. Shame, especially following the recent pandemic.
