Theft
I ordered a product online at parfumerie.nl. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong product (eau de toilette instead of eau de parfume). I bought a return label to send back the order and brought it to PostNL.
After a few weeks, I did not receive any reply nor my money, so I decided to give a call to check what is going on. Unfortunately, either PostNL or parfumerie.nl lost my package.
Now, 6 months further, and 12 phone calls ahead, I still did not receive my money back. Every time I call they promise to give me feedback on the process, but nevertheless, still no solution. The call center is lead by two women, we do not show any responsibility nor any empathy. It is sad that such a company is trying to solve an issue by ignoring its client in the hopes that the client will give up.
Final step would be to file a complaint at the European Consumer Centres - to be continued

Scammers
I was searching for a perfume and then I left the site. I received an email with discount on this, but when I finished the order it was charged the original price. It was a scamming offering me a price then putting it in the original price when I paid.

But when you ordered you saw the correct price including tas.
As coulance we paid back (5 Euro) most of the diffrence.

First and also the last time.
First and also the last time, I placed an order but received a wrong gift, customer service only said sorry, the gift was no longer available, offered no sort of compensation. Website not updated, I would not have bothered to purchase from this site as other webshops also have competitive prices as theirs, it was only because of the gift indicated that made me order from this site. I returned the item at my own cost, 5,95 euros, they charged 3,13 for Klarna payment ( I always prefer this mode of payment when ordering for the first time on a site). I don't mind the few euros I lost, sometimes it's simply about principle.

Mixed feelings
The ordering process and the delivery went very smoothly. However, everywhere on the website, it was stated that one should receive a Dior gift when purchasing Dior products for 150 euros or more. When I received the order, this gift was nowhere to be found.
It's, of course, not even about the gift itself but more the fact that the things written were untrue!
