I ordered Tom Ford perfume.
Unfortunately, the perfume appears to be a counterfeit:
• the scent is very weak and fades in less than an hour,
• the packaging and bottle look low-quality and suspicious.

I ordered Acqua di Gio, Elixir from Perfumerie and received this perfume a couple of weeks back. The bar code number on the box is - 3 614274 143751. Furthermore, there is an identifier on the bottom of the bottle- 38Y0014. I have since used it on multiple occasions and can state with confidence that the perfume I received is either a bad batch or a counterfeit. The perfume has low sillage and no longevity beyond 15-30 min. I did a controlled experiment to verify it. I went to nearby De bijenkorf store to sample the same perfume and I applied two sprays on my right wrist. I then applied two sprays of the received perfume from Perfumerie to my left wrist. The perfume on my right wrist showed very good longevity of 5-6 hrs. The one on the left wrist vanished in about 30 min. After this experience of buying perfumes, I strongly recommend against purchasing perfume from this site.

Do not buy tom ford 100ml it is diluted with water and the scent does not stay at all

I have ordered a pretty expensive Sisley cream and the cream I received has 2 years old already. So it was from 2023. A sample that I received for almost a 140 purchase was a tiny shower gel. Would be better no sample and just a cream that is quite a bit fresher. I decided to send it back and beware, it costs 5.95 euro.
So you get a cream, that misses a few days to 2 years, you send it back( sample back as well, otherwise you pay for the sample too) and at the end you pay the return. Not great at all.
Issue reported. Solution- not found. Cream is okay as it is according to client support as the declared ideal shelflive is 4 years. Considering that Sisley uses a lot of natural oils and ingridients which when they go bad cause pretty much irritation, I have to hope that efficiency is still more then the risk. Hope that the cream was kept in ideal conditions and no chemical changes happend.
Conclusion- issue not solved. Client support fast but not helping, not polite. Sending was fast but as an only advantage it is not enough to advice the shop. Few years ago experience was better yet not perfect.

I ordered a perfume from Parfumerie.nl and returned it completely unopened and within the return window. When I first received the item, the plastic wrap was already tampered with — sloppy, resealed with tape, and clearly not in factory condition. I returned it exactly as I received it and clearly stated that the packaging looked questionable from the start.

Despite that, my return was rejected, and I was accused of using the product — which is absolutely false. In fact, I already owned a tester of this exact scent, so I had zero reason to open or test the product I ordered. The implication that I somehow used and then tried to return the perfume is both insulting and baseless.

To make matters worse, after speaking with customer service and explaining the situation in detail, I was met with zero understanding or accountability. The manager was rude and unwilling to offer any solution. It’s clear that Parfumerie.nl is quick to blame the customer rather than take responsibility for sending out a product that may have been previously opened or returned by someone else.

Not only do they send out products that appear to be already opened or used, but they also treat you like a liar if you dare to return it. Avoid this store if you expect honesty, professionalism, or even basic customer respect. First and definitely last time ordering here.

As expected, their response to this review confirms the issue: instead of seriously addressing my concern, they rely entirely on assumptions and act as if it’s impossible they could have made a mistake — as though errors on their side simply don’t exist. They show no willingness to investigate, take responsibility, or even consider that something may have gone wrong before the product reached me.

They’re quick to accuse the customer, without any evidence, and completely dismiss any alternative explanation. Let me be clear: if I had actually opened the package, I would have taken responsibility — I would never go this far just to deny something I did. That alone should tell you how confident I am in my position.

This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable.
