I had need to urgently obtain a replacement handle for my garage door. I contacted parco trade spares and ordered the parts and paid for an expensive, next day service as i was going on holiday and wanted the door secured. The goods didn't arrive and so i had to place a car in front of my garage to stop the door from being opened. When i returned from Holiday i found the door handle had arrived. During many email and text interactions (whilst i was away), the owner promised in writing to refund the carriage, and i was content with this however, it appears he had no intention of doing this, and nothing has been received. Now, the owner is ignoring my emails, phone messages and texts. I do not know if the company is in financial trouble or ceased trading, as the owner is totally ignoring me. How can you trust a company that reneges on a written promise! I gave the owner ample opportunities to make the repayment and have now been forced to "out them" and his unsavoury business practices. Buyer beware
