Our two 10 kg, packets to Canada were picked up as sceduled, but unfortunate delivered on seperate days. Thats why i rated 4 stars. They still arived within 7 workdays.

Helaas werken wij niet samen met PostNL. ParcelParcel richt zich uitsluitend op express vervoerders zoals FedEx, UPS en DHL, waardoor PostNL (post netwerk) geen beschikbare verzendoptie is.
Wij hopen dat dit de situatie verduidelijkt.

As I needed to send a parcel to the US…
As I needed to send a parcel to the US before the import tax of goods I googled for the best option. When I went for the second time to parcelparcel the algorithmic or cookies made sure the price jumped €5. Was not happy with that.

Very pleased with my first experience
I found this site via a Google search, everything was sorted in less than 5 minutes including me searching for the correct mailing address. Excellent price and service. No waiting for an offer in the mail. Everything was done in real time, even arranging the pickup time (later the same day) and setting my expectations correctly, the package would be delivered to Canada 4 days from the ship date. They delivered.

Horrible service and customer service
Placed an order for a time-sensitive shipment. At the time of booking, it mentioned one week delivery time. We booked with 2 weeks in advance, to be on the safe side. After booking, and with absolutely no notification from their end whatsoever, the shipment has been delayed ONE MONTH, apparently for "public holidays in the destination country". The cherry on top? ParcelParcel will not refund the shipment. Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Would not recommend. Useless.

Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. We snappen heel goed hoe frustrerend het is als een zending, zeker een tijdgevoelige, vertraging oploopt. Dit had nooit mogen gebeuren zonder duidelijke communicatie.
Helaas bleken de lokale vervoerders in het bestemmingsland onverwacht een maand te sluiten vanwege feestdagen. Dat was buiten onze controle, maar we beseffen dat dit voor jou geen excuus is. Daarom hebben we besloten de retourkosten voor onze rekening te nemen. De zending is inmiddels onderweg terug naar jou.
Nogmaals sorry voor het ongemak. We nemen je feedback serieus en staan altijd klaar als je nog vragen hebt.
