I checked around to shipping a box to Hungary, and I came across ParcelABC. I saw they have all those certificates on their page, so they must be good. They had some good reviews too. But NO.
On their website, they have articles for specific countries that state what items are prohibited and so. Before making a purchase, I read THEIR allowed terms of items THEY allow to ship to Hungary to make sure my box doesn't contain illegal items and that my box is compatible with ParcelABC. So I made the purchase and waited for a label.
After some hours, I receive an email telling me to state all items in the box (on the quote I wrote food items). I told them, and they tell me to take all liquids off. I tell them that liquids are allowed according to their own Terms for Hungary, and they still refuse. BTW note that our emails were FIVE HOURS APART every single time at the point where I was just pissed off and now told them to refund me. They told me they could refund 100% but I will use the money for their services again, or they can refund and keep 25% of my payment for their administration fees. I bet the administration needs tips in order to master their time-wasting skills. Cheapest SCAM company ever. When you do something wrong fix it and refund people their waste of time with you back.
My box contained food liquids, which supposedly are not allowed in their GENERAL T&C. Who cares about your general T&C, when you literally did not state that liquids aren't allowed in your SPECIFIC-TO-COUNTRY Terms & conditions?! That's misleading and deserves a report for deception.
Absolutely AWFUL EXPERIENCE. This isn't a 1-star review. This is a ZERO review. Terrible experience. If you are considering their service, look as far as possible away from this company.

On the 16th of November we engaged ParcelABC to ship our personal items from Paraguay to Australia at a fairly high cost, however we had no other options this close to Christmas. The parcels were collected from our designated address in Paraguay on the 18th of November. ParcelABC chose Fedex to be the delivery and shipping company. On the 18th, it turned out that the parcels were being collected by AEX which is a shoddy little courier company in Paraguay. The parcels were collected and loaded and no one even scanned them. The parcels were then showing up as not being collected for two business days after this. Despite multiple attempts to have this changed, we only got written confirmation via email that they were collected, but the system was still reflecting that they were not. Even now, when I look at the tracking information, the system shows that the parcels were picked up on the 20th WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND I HAVE CAMERA AND PHOTO EVIDENCE THAT THIS IS FALSE.
After repeated emails about this, one of ParcelABC's employees, "Julius", demanded first that we prove that we are allowed to send personal goods to Australia. We did this and sent him all of our details, and confirmed that we are aware of Australian customs processes and requirements and that we meet all of the legal requirements to import our personal items into Australia.
Julius then responded and demanded that we engage a customs broker in Australia. We did this as demanded by Julius.
Supposedly, the parcels then arrived in Cost Rica on the 21st of November, followed by Memphis TN in the USA on the 23rd.
They supposedly arrived in Australia on the 1st of December.
Upon local arrival in Australia our Customs Broker attempted to start their process only to be locked out of the system because Fedex itself was going to clear them. In other words, we wasted over $500AUD on the Customs Broker for nothing because ParcelABC employee, Julius, gave us the wrong information.
At this point in time, Fedex also told us that one of the parcels was “missing”, At first they couldn’t confirm which parcel, but they told us to tell ParcelABC that we want a partial shipment and that the other parcel could be found later. We did this on the 3 December.
It is now the 19 December. Nothing has arrived. The one box is still missing.
We have since been asked for information that was already provided on the 18th November and which they already have in their systems such dimensions and weights (which is on the shipping labels) and for photos which were sent on the day of collection.
We have even been asked to provide “photos of the contents of the boxes”. Absolute insanity. These were personal effects.
We have asked “Julius” to escalate the matter multiple times within ParcelABC, only for him to ignore us. We even sent an email marked as COMPLAINT and sent it to info _at _ parcelabc _dot_ com hoping that someone would be able to intervene and get this mess sorted out. It turns out that Julius investigated the complaint himself and then responded by telling us that nothing is his fault.
For the last two weeks we have been asking ParcelABC and Fedex to deliver the 10 parcels that have arrived in Australia. We understand that one box is missing, however we want the contents of the other 10. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE THEY WERE COLLECTED. These have things that we require before Christmas. Our emails simply go unanswered or we receive a response saying that they are still looking for the missing 11th box.
Please, I strongly urge you to avoid this company. They have absolutely no processes or people in place to help you if anything goes wrong. They pretend that nothing is their responsibility and will just shift all the blame on to the courier (in this case, Fedex) and the courier will tell you to talk to ParcelABC, and you will never be able to resolve anything.
Despite multiple attempts and questions, no one is able to explain (a) Why pick up of the parcels was done by AEX not Fedex (b) When the parcel went missing. Was it in Paraguay, Costa Rica, the USA? (c) When we will receive the other 10 parcels.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the quality of emails being sent:

Hello,
We have passed you request to FedEx to deliver the 10 parcels to the receiver as it seems they cannot find the one parcel.
We will need to issue a claim to the provider to request a compensation for the missing parcel.
In order to do so, we will require proof of value of the contents sent.
Kind regards

These were personal effects. The parcel that was lost had items of sentimental value. Absolute disaster.

Update: I got a refund
I purchased a shipping service on this platform and I never received the shipping labels, despite numerous back-and-forth messages with customer support. It's hopeless, save your money and go elsewhere

I am very satisfied with the convenience of the Parcelabc platform. The shipping cost calculation system is very clear, I can compare the prices of all carriers in one place - it saves time. Very professional support always helps with any problems that arise.

Asking for prepayment of customs fee which was never mentioned prior to paying. Never paid this before and now no response from customer service. From reviews I have seen, prepayment of “customs fee” is a bad idea especially as they are not customs brokers. Not received label or refund.
Update: I eventually got a full refund about a week later. Not using this company again.

Dear Reader,
I would highly recommend using this reliable and fast-delivering service. The site itself is very user-friendly, and I really appreciate the efforts of the contact person asigned (in my case it was very patient Julius)/ The only recommendation w ould give to the user would by to carefully read and follow what is communicated in the messages - will make the things instanteously done! Than you! I will continue enjoying the service once discovered

Save yourself a headache, time, and hard-earned money: if you need a reliable or time-sensitive delivery, avoid ParcelABC at all costs.
I paid for a 1-day express delivery with ParcelABC. The booking page displayed a countdown for same-day pickup, clearly implying urgency and fast handling. Despite this, the parcel was not collected on the promised day… or the day after… or even the day after that!
Customer service replies were generic copy-paste messages that didn’t address my questions about pickup or delivery timelines, no matter how many times I explained how time-sensitive the parcel was. At one point they stated that couriers “cannot guarantee pickup dates during the holidays,” which is not only dismissive but also completely contradicts the priority service they advertise (that's why banks offer consumer protection coverage). At this point, I actually have to travel to another country to collect the parcel myself.
Absolutely avoid if your situation is urgent — or if you don’t enjoy throwing money into the void! (a charity would make much better use of it)

I’m extremely unhappy with my experience using ParcelABC.
I booked an urgent same-day collection with next-day delivery. The quote was quick and the process looked simple, but the problems started immediately. The waybill never arrived. There was no phone number to call. The support chat and email went unanswered until the next day.
When support finally replied, I was told they couldn’t refund me because the shipment was “already booked.” If that was the case, where was the waybill? I had already used another courier because the shipment was urgent.
I then asked to use the payment for a different shipment from another location. Again, no replies to chat or email. The next morning, after my new courier had already collected, ParcelABC finally sent the waybill for the original location — three days late.
The service is unreliable. It may look convenient, but when you actually need support or updates, you get nothing. I would not recommend using ParcelABC.
Their website and Trustpilot are filled with positive reviews, yet more than half of the Google reviews are negative. With no working support and no direct contact details, it’s hard to believe others are having good experiences. This feels like a scam.

I don’t recommend dealing with them at all. A year ago, I sent a package through their service. I entered the dimensions with a small margin. The package took longer than promised to arrive, and later they sent me an invoice for additional kilos. The package weighed a maximum of 2 kg, according to them 8 kg. They don’t send any proof, and they have already been threatening me by email for over a year. After reading about the experiences of others, this seems to be typical behavior from them.

I paid extra for next-day delivery (ParcelABC – Order MTDE-664743441) but my parcel has been stuck in verification for hours. Despite sending all requested documentation and multiple follow-ups, I haven’t received any response from support, and the phone lines don’t pick up. Feels like there’s no urgency, even when paying for faster service. Hopefully they improve their communication.

The parcels were not collected. I made many phone calls to try to rearrange a collection. It was not for 2 weeks until the parcels were collected. In the end it all came good and the boxes were delivered swiftly.

I was moving overseas so a lot of things to organise and a lot of pressure. I asked for a quote door to door. The price was good so I went for it. I was informed by email, always by email, that I needed to deliver my packages to somewhere, but where? I didn’t have the time and they don’t speak to you so you are always waiting on an answer. So I cancelled. That meant a refund of 75% apparently. I should have been more careful but who has time for small print even at the best of times. There was no help, understanding or compassion from this crowd. If you use them just be careful.
Your reply is typical of your service. No help, customer service needs spoon fed. Here’s a thought customer service that helps customers.
