For less than 100 EUR of package value (1.5kg, vomen oriental dress) I paid ~150 EUR for shipment and ~50EUR of customs. Normally, custom in Croatia is not paid for the items less than 300 EUR, so the overall cost and the fact that I had to pay 50 EUR for custom is far from being considered a good and cost efficient shipment dolution.

We booked a shipment with ParcelABC for business purposes, where prompt handling and communication are critical. After placing the order, we received a request to provide more consignee details, which we supplied.
Since then, there has been no response for over two days, despite sending multiple follow-up messages requesting a status update. There is no functional customer support: there is no telephone hotline, and although a phone number is listed, it only plays an automatic message instructing you to send an email, which also goes unanswered.
At this point, the service has effectively disappeared. We are no longer interested in proceeding with the shipment and simply want the order canceled, but even this basic request seems impossible to resolve due to the lack of any response.
Based on this experience, this is by far the worst service we have encountered in this segment. For businesses that rely on timely shipping and reliable communication, we strongly recommend avoiding ParcelABC.

I am submitting this review in support of a refund request due to a service failure by ParcelABC.
The shipment in question consisted of two boxes, both of which were collected by the GLS courier at the same time. However, only one box was delivered, and I contacted ParcelABC immediately to report the missing second parcel.
During multiple exchanges, I received inaccurate and contradictory information. I was first told the parcel had been delivered, which was incorrect. I was then informed that each parcel was shipped separately, yet no valid tracking number for the second box was provided at that time. This resulted in significant delay and confusion.
The issue was only resolved after I personally located the missing parcel, with the assistance of a sender who visited the GLS logistics center in Belgium. According to GLS, the second box was not delivered because the order was submitted for only one parcel, despite two boxes being physically collected by the courier. This constitutes a clear processing error.
Despite this, ParcelABC refused a refund, stating that two shipments had been submitted, without providing evidence that both parcels were correctly booked and delivered as paid for.
Because the second parcel was not delivered as contracted and resolution required my own intervention, I believe this represents a failure to provide the paid service. I am therefore requesting a refund for the undelivered shipment and associated service fees.

I noticed some people calling this brand a scam, so I wanted to share my experience. I ordered two bags and both arrived without issues. The quality honestly surprised me in a good way, especially for vegan leather, they feel well made,
In my opinion, a price point around €70 isn’t high for a proper bag, and what I received matched that expectation. The bags look and feel like something I’ll actually use long term.
Shipping wasn’t instant, but that was clear from the start. I do think some of the negative reactions come from people panicking when an order isn’t delivered within 4–5 days or when a parcel gets returned to the sender, which can happen with international shipping. That doesn’t automatically make a brand a scam.
From my experience, this is a legit brand offering decent products at a fair price....

Having had a disastrous experience with them in December, they promised faithfully it wouldn't happen again, they are just unreliable and comms is impossible as they don't provide a telephone number for urgent contact. I booked a courier at 8am and at 1pm they told me it wasn't possible. With no explanation why. Just unacceptable. This is the end of our relationship

I simply wanted to send a package from Portugal to Germany. I have now been waiting a month for my package to be picked up. In the meantime, a completely wrong package from some unknown sender was delivered to me. Not a single attempt has been made to pick up my package at the address I provided. I have now sent over 20 emails back and forth with customer support, and I still have not been told if and when the package will finally be picked up.

Order a picked on their website and paid online. They never came to pick up and when asked for a refund the offered partial refund. They allow you to select dates and hours for pickup but can't provide the service on these dates. I needed to open a dispute on my card. Avoid at all costs, they use scam tactics.

Despite what is written in the company's comment below, I've provided the "missing informating" which was stating the content of the parcel is Documents only (which I stated when making the order). I contacted them MULTIPLE times via email, tried their phone also which no one answer never.
I submitted the order on Wed 7 Jan, for a pickup the next day (on the 8th) as it was urgent. They did not come. I sent it with another company that day. After they did not arrive, I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. I've communicated with the back and forth. Today a currier came for the pickup!!! this after I clearly asked multiple times to cancel the order. Clearly something is not working properly in this company. Unbelievable!
