You guys keep deleting the reviews I…

You guys keep deleting the reviews I put everytime . You guys are worst international transportation company I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot even find a proper word to describe how bad your service is. My package was returned after I paid for everything, you sent me someone else package why??? Your costumer service treat people like a sh*t now you even refuse to answer my emails why??? Do you guys really think people don’t have anything to do with their money and time??? If someone trust you the least you can is respect your engagement and take your responsibilities. Due to your incompetence I don’t have my package am stuck with something that’s not mine why are you doing this??? What’s the benefits for such a poor service??? If am not receiving my two packages please refund me everything I paid for because this seems like a joke to you.
I could give 0 as rate I will. You delete bads reviews keep the good one form decades ago and put new people in your traps. Shame on you.

Why they are very slow to responce…

I am not sure I will use this service again since you just give me lots of nervous. Why are you very slow to responce while I need a help? When I send my inquiry to your help center email, their automatic responce said it will take 4 hours. Ialso call you for many times but only automatic responce saod leave a voice message and even did not answer my voice message. It was before their working hour closed but they did not get back to me. Seems like they responce here way faster than personal inquiry, so I leave my review here.
