Great service
Had an item shipped from the U.K. to the U.S.A. and they were very helpful. Great communication and almost instant responses even though er are 1/2 a world apart. I got all the info I needed for tracking and everyone was more than helpful.
They get 6 stars out of 5 from me!

great service, fantastic communication
I recently used this service to ship a 135kg crate from Halifax to Germany, through the whole process the communication was very good. They collected and delivered exactly when they said they would. Great value for money, professional service and very importantly the communication was really good.
I would have no hesitation on using their service again.

I've been using Parcel Link over the past 6 months..Instantly greeted by very friendly and knowledgable staff who listened to what I wanted and offered me very competitive prices. All in all the collections and the deliveries are faultless. Simple, straight forward with no fuss!

Hassle free
This had to be the most hassle free service i've ever had with pallet firms, also with there easy to use website and the ease of booking online and also being emailed a tracking number i can send my customer helps with the professional service i like to provide and to be provided.

Quick, competitive, hassle free
Have found Parcel Link to be the best for our awkward pallet sized but relatively light shipments. As we don't ship overseas frequently enough to get the good rates from the big shippers we have previously lost many sales due to costly shipping quotes. Since using Parcel Link we haven't lost any overseas sales as their pricing is realistic and makes us competitive. Have found their service to be quick and reliable.

On time and helpful - good value
Used pallet2ship.co.uk twice last week and all has gone smoothly, so I have now signed up for an account with them.
Had to contact them to query something and got a reply within two hours and the information I needed the same day.

Best service for me.
I cannot recommend Parcel-Link enough. Use them whenever I can.
The difference with these guys is should you need any help or assistance beyond the usual, you will not get the personal help anywhere else.
Other than that, the online booking system works well for me.
One other useful tip and so important, beware of other sites inflating insurance costs, not Parcel-Link. Go check!
