No idea what is going on at Paradigit lately. Used to go to a nearby physical shop in NL (with good advice) but they decided to go web only.
* Good point: they gave me great service in cancelling orders and refunding was prompt while it was obvious that I had made a mistake (+++)
* Improvement point: ordered a Cooler Master power supply on 20/12/22 but the delivery date is now scheduled for 3/2/2023 (--) . I have excellent experience with other webshops where delivery is within 24hrs (order before 24:00, delivery next day)

Terrible experience. I bought a monitor on 30/11 to be delivered on next day, it’s more than a week late and customer support is terrible, they don’t give any help but to send me a tracking link with no delivery information.

I ordered a laptop, which was delivered very soon, a day after my purchase. It was sent on time and in good packaging.

Excellent experience! I ordered a DELL monitor. Fast delivery (the next day in the morning), was provided with a tracking number almost instantly. Highly recommend Paradigit. :)

delay shipping! unresponsive! terrible place to shop if looking to have it early.

Paid €400 for laptop which nearly nine days on and a Bank Holiday weekend starting has not arrived. They blame DHL. I am without a laptop for assignments. Never again !

Why not resend another laptop and get DHL to return the original to you ?

Do not pay attention to the slogan, order today and receive it tomorrow, and do not buy from this company at all. I suffered financial losses due to the late arrival of the device, and my rights were not taken into account at all, and the only answer they gave me is this that we sent, the rest is not related to us!

I bought a product that said it is compatible with a type of motherboard, however when the product arrived, it does not. Contacted Paradigit several times and they refused to accept return free of charge. This is unacceptable when you offer wrong information on the website about a product compatibility.

Order process was easy and delivery the next day. All seems in order

When was a student, I used to purchase from Paradigit. After I started to work, I recommended the company bought many products from Paradigt.

Last month, the company needed a good pc as central control, so I purchased one from Paradigt without even comparing with other shops, because for so many years I trusted Paradigt so much.

However, due to our issue, the GPU wasn't powerful enough, so we wanted to buy a better one. But the order was placed 14 days ago, the current CUP cannot be returned anymore.

I totally understand this when the guy on the phone told me that, so i asked him ' If i want to buy a new GPU, do i need to sent the pc back to you? or just buy it online and install by myself, then the dude was so angry keep screaming 'no its not possible, its not possible' then hang up the phone. what is not possible? not possible to buy a new GPU? i dont want return anything i just want to buy a new one, and its possible and you need to scream at me and hang up???? its 2022 and you place some rude dude who doesn't even understand English for customer service?

Very very heart breaking, for all those years I trusted you. never never again.

Ordered from Ireland last week. Top service. From start to finish.

Ordering from Ireland I was sceptical of this site as the gaming monitor was €100 cheaper than in currys / amazon and i had never heard of paradigit. Well safe to say in my experience the service was great. Order arrived in a week which was quite quick considering it was the double bank holiday weekend. They also threw in a EU to UK plug adapter worth about €10 for free. Will consider this site in the future as I got a solid deal. Thanks

The website and ordering process was good. DHL service is absolutely unacceptable. I made sure to be home and they did not ring the doorbell and did not attempt to contact, just went straight for a "we missed you" message and will deliver the package to a pickup point by tomorrow afternoon. This is not the service I was promised from you and I will aim my service at another vendor in the future, one that is not using DHL.

Clear communications, great product.
The expectation of next day delivery though was not met, it arrived over the weekend on a Monday (ordered on Wednesday around 2PM). It was send straight from the supplier, which happened to be in another country.
Apart from the (slight) delay no troubles.

I ordered my items on November 24th, expecting to get them before Christmas; the dates were changed three times already, the last one to be shipped on the 31 Dec. This never happened before when they used to be Komplett.ie
It will be my last time ordering something from them. Ordered a CPU before they changed, it came in 1 week.

General
Bought a Paradigit TUF Gaming R5 3060 Ti gaming PC during Black Friday. They didn't pack the graphics card separately or secured the graphics card with foams. During the delivery, graphics card got loose and destroyed the motherboard and itself. I received a broken PC.

Offered to come their warehouse personally to exchange the broken PC, this request is rejected. Then I sent the PC back on the same day, waited 1 week for the return shipping.

I asked for a new PC several times but they don't respond. Paradigit has the case for 8 days so far and they are not telling me what they are doing or when will I get my PC. Only thing I can see is they started repairing something, even though I didn't want so.

Shipping
There was a promise for next day delivery, got it 3 days later.

Customer service
Before the purchase, customer support was very active and responding. However, they disappeared after the purchase. They are not responding emails, live chat support is repeating the same things again and again, they send an email to RMA department and wait for an answer, then ignore you.
Phone support is not speaking English, so I can't get any useful information.

TLDR: I ended up paying € 1.699 to a broken PC and have nothing in return at the moment.

I found my laptop at the best price in Paradigit, after making several comparisons and was the best decision. The page for payment and all the process was very smoothly and I received my computer almost the next day.

Ordered an ipad 2020 64 gb variant on paradigit, the order was placed on 19 October and i was promised one day delivery. To my surprise they shifted the delivery date from tommorow (20 October) to 15 November. This continued and the delivery date was pushed to 30 November, then 15 December and then finally 27 December.

I then decided to cancel my order on 30 November due this unprofessional attitude. I recieved the confirmation for cancellation on the same day, but again the information mentioned in the mail was not reflected in the my paradigit section.

Upon sending further mails, I get a reply on December 4 (today) stating that the order was cancelled on December 3 and amount was refunded on the same day as well, but I have not yet recieved any money in my account as of today (Dec 4).

This is looking like a very big fraud to me, and if nothing is done about it, I will raise the issue legally if needed
