Missing Items and Lack of Customer Support
I ordered 11 stickers/cards from Panini Portugal but only received 9, plus one empty packet. I immediately filled out the online complaint form and received only an automated acknowledgement email. Two weeks have now passed and I have not received any response or update.
I also tried calling the Spanish telephone number listed on the website, but nobody answers and the call eventually goes to voicemail.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. If something goes wrong with an order, the customer is left without the missing items, without a refund, and without any customer support. It seems that the company is only interested in making sales, while customer service is completely absent when problems arise.
I expect Panini to investigate this issue and provide either the missing items or an appropriate refund as soon as possible.
