So far I've had nothing but good things happen through Pangaea. I was approved right away and was able to hold the place until I was ready to move in, everything in my place is all updated and new and I love it, it's perfect for me, thanks pangea!

I really like the apartment building I moved in recently because it’s quite only thing you basically hear is people coming and going if I had one negative to say it’s the front gate it slams constantly when people go in and out and sometimes it can be annoying but other than that I like the apartment.

Very inconsistent and dont tell full story when u call the office and I'm just looking at renting a place.

The people at Pangea tend to contradict themselves/ one another, which gets very confusing if you are new to the area and don't know how things work. Apartments are a bit pricey for the low quality and lack of amenities that you receive. Also, the presence of a "Move-In Fee" instead of a security deposit seems like a round-about way of ripping people off and keeping all the money that they can from people. My apartment actually had a shelf full of trash in one of the closets and the shelves in the kitchen were gray/brown with dirt from the lack of cleaning, which was disgusting, so to pay a "move-in fee" to be able to move into that mess was not worth it. Since I have moved in they have been decent, they complete work orders in a timely fashion and the property manager at this location is very kind. However, they are still very low rated in my opinion because of all the hoops they made me jump through to get here, I lived 5 hours away by car and they still made me drive back and forth about a dozen times to get this apartment, many of the times were due to an error and general incompetence by someone in the Pangea office, which caused great frustration and wasted my time and money. 6 months after I started the process with Pangea I finally got an apartment in Chicago, but knowing what I know now, I would have chosen any other realtor agency in Chicago.

I really love my apartment and I love the friendly office environment and it's very quiet

The office staff was so helpful and my move in process was smooth! I've been here almost a month haven't had any issues and the community is nice & quiet!

The Town house is very spacious, quiet and wonderful place to live.

THEY ARE A GOOD RELISTATE TO HAVE AS A LANDLORD IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU CAN CALL AND THEY WILL BE OUT TO YOUR APARTMENT. A.S.A.P QUICK SERVICE. PARK FOREST - WORST PLACE EVER!!!

These guys have been dealing drugs here for many years and are acquaintances of NIDIA so she is more than aware of what's going on which is why nothing changes!

FIRST OF ALL the complex looks NOTHING LIKE the pictures.
ALL OF THE BASEMENTS FLOOD AND SEWAGE (YES SEWAGE, SH**) BACKS UP THROUGH BASEMENT FLOOR.
THE PROPERTY MANAGER NIDIA IS THE RUDEST, MEDICATION-NEEDING FEMALE IVE EVER MET, SHE HARASSES AND BULLIES TENANTS BY TOWING THEIR VEHICLES WHEN THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CONSTANT DRUG DEALING AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ..NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE MOVING. CARS ARE VANDALIZED, TRASH EVERYWHERE... THE WATER IS NOT SAFE TO DRINK (WE TESTED IT OURSELVES) DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT... GO TAKE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF.... THESE ARE JUST PROJECTS IN THE SUBURBS

I love the size of my apartment but the heat hasn’t been working since I move in on February 8. I didn’t move on February 1, 2020 because it was too cold in the Unit. Maintenance came to fix the problem but it is still not working and I need my heat for medical conditions.

I'm Miss Banks!!! I enjoy my new apartment! I moved in February 7th on my birthday! Coming from being homeless for the last nine months! Really trying every realtor and apartment place that I can find! Pangea truely open their door for me! Giving my son and I, the best gift I could ever get, a true gift from God! In the beginning of my process. I started at 79th processing my application. They did not treat us right, started off really Rocky and my mom and I where some what treated very rudely!! But Crystal on 71st and Indiana made this process one of the most smooth, peaceful ,and graceful processes that anyone could ever ask for! She totally changed things around and lifted my mom and I spirits in high-value we love her dearly!! Really overly appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart both my son and I!!!

It’s very nice in the inside of the apartment plus I needed a two bedroom something I can bring a new born baby Home to with no signing in like my old apartment

I’ve heard some not so good things but I’ve also heard great things about Pangea so far with it only being a week into my new place I like it and I want it to stay that way. I can’t wait to get something bigger in the future with Pangea.

My honest opinion is I like my apt. The location is perfect. So far very quiet. Well heated. But I have a couple of issues. First the stove is peeling, every time I clean it paint come off. Maintenance did not use epoxy (glaze). Second, I understand having a unit of this size.you are going to have a pest problem. I have a mouse living with me . He's not a pet..Solve those 2 problems,5 stars easily. Michael Mack apt 305 at 1962 east 73rd place.

My unit is great mostly all the appliances are brand new.Seen a few flaws and maintenance has been great with coming out to address them.Im grateful for that.However , I’m bothered by the fact that I’m starting to see bugs throughout the unit.Due to nasty neighbors.Not very many but maintenance has been on and that is being taking care of as well.Other wise everything is coming along the building is quiet and clean for the most part.No big issues and hope that it stays that way.

The Apartment Is Nice, Maintenance comes and clean the hallways of the building and outside of the building faithfully. I love it so far. I Haven’t Had A Problem Yet. Hope it stays that way.
