James solved our problem within 30 minutes, impressive.

We had a problem with not being able to refresh one of our bank balances.
Sent an email to Pandle seeking assistance. By return we had an response from James who then analysed the issue and refreshed the report for us, all within 30 minutes.
We could not have asked for better service.

Excellent support from Connor!

Excellent support from Connor! I had a fairly nuanced accounting question and Connor handled it brilliantly. He was quick to respond, clearly understood the issue, and gave me practical advice tailored to my situation.

Really appreciated the clarity and professionalism.

Pandle has been the best experience…

Pandle has been the best experience with accounting software so far, and not necessarily because of the interface or UX, but because of the support!

The AI based support has itself been able to answer many queries, but even when I need to speak to a real person, it's quick, friendly and things get resolved easily.

Definitely recommend

Really enjoy using Pandle

Really enjoy using Pandle - its very intuitive to use. Any queries get answered pretty quickly and they don't leave you dangling - they stay with you until it's sorted. I just dealt with Jonathan on an issue I had and he resolved it very quickly. Highly recommend Pandle.

Change the Primary User

I needed to change the primary user of the application. Brandon sorte it quickly, and it is now coorect. Oh the change was as a result of something that the Organisation had done, not Pandle. As usual they just answer your question, and get a solution.
And £1.50 per week! Amazing!!

Fastest useful response on a live chat!

I gave the ai chat bot a go as it's usually really good but on this occasion my query was a bit too nuanced. I picked the option to speak to an agent and Ben Salisbury gave me all the info I needed in seconds! Excellent service.

Had a problem with uploading…

Had a problem with uploading transactions but James was super and uploaded them for me!
He also taught me how to do them myself, i'm not very good on computers so this was great!

All good - one month in

Been on Pandle for around a month now. Been very impressed by the support documents they've developed and the AI chat bot at answering questions. Where neither of these have answered my questions I've had some support via the chat with a real human and they've helped to talk me through and resolve my query. Particular shout out to Jordan and Brandon who helped me out today.
