You have to do your research. It's simply a bunch of stores inside of a store a online mall. Some good some mediocre some bad. Once you learn what you doing you'll do a lot of shopping there. I'm pleasantly surprised. I'll buy a big haul soon. As anything from overseas patience is the key.

It didnt send me my order at all its been a year

Can’t complain about them. Always supportive, you guys have to chill and make some research before buying here. Search for the best trusted lines, best sellers and you’ll be just fine. Note that Pandabuy doesn’t have responsibility above your package after they send it, if you want to complain, do it with the company that is actually behind the shipping and delivery. Write this down, no refund or returns after shipped! Shipping a bit expensive but you just have to order more things to get it cheaper in the end (divided by the amount of products) and choose the best direct lines in the right moment.

The worst company I have

They lied to PayPal and said that the goods had arrived to me and that I would not receive any goods.
And the amount was.$144.34

If something goes wrong, then say goodbye to your money. Appalling after sales. We got someone else’s parcel and paid the freight for it. Even though they admitted fault at the warehouse, but because the freight company is different to actual supplier, no one would refund you and you are stuck with someone else stuff and not going to get your stuff. There is someone who reply you on message but they are pointless messages. Keep saying they are looking into it and then says they would refund and they end the conversation, but that’s it. No more message, no refund, no product. Yes when it works it’s great but just look at the reviews, very much a 50/50 gamble so good luck.

Amazing, never fails to let me down. However if you don’t know what you’re doing then it is almost unusable. Definitely recommend but make sure you get the links to products from spreadsheets or trusted sellers otherwise you will get garbage

My son followed other teenagers and bought items on Pandabuy. Wasn’t cheap, and extra money for shipping!!! I was trying to explain to him but he said it’s the best platform to buy, and he saw it on TikTok… I said ok. The agent (third party) sends pictures when it arrives to the warehouse, if you don’t like something on picture you can exchange it for something else. But if it’s already sent to you, you can’t exchange it or refund it….
So, the items on pictures were ok, and our parcel arrived yesterday.
Those trainers soooo extremely fake the suede is not a suede and the leather is not a leather, and you can’t exchange it or refund it when you receive it. He lost around $120 , I hope he learned the lesson and will never buy there again. The pandabuy’s target is teenagers and they promote the website/company on tiktok and other platforms. When my son complained to the agent, the agent said he can’t help, and he can’t ask for refund!
I wish I checked the reviews here before we buy and I hope my review will help someone to save their money.

Once find alternatives way of buying from China, you realize how much an overpriced company pandabuy is.

Looking back at those prices i paid at panda is hilarious

Exellect site, shippings arrived on time and even when its not, their cs are exellent (they have chat, discord, reddit so its really covered).

My son ordered a lot of football jerseys and clothes for Christmas from panda buy, we selected a well know company to deliver the package at a cost of about €70, however the parcel has been lost and panda buy say we should have taken out insurance to cover this. They are giving us a token refund of about €25 a fraction of the total spend. Anyway my son was extremely disappointed and I'm out of pocket.
I would not recommend panda buy.

I used Pandabuy for the first time earlier this week and had a great experience. It was easy to use and my items shipped out of China within 2 days of placing the order. Please do your research on this site and on the sellers/items you are buying through websites such as Reddit and YouTube. So many Karens on this page who can’t follow directions or use common sense. Some people also complain about low quality goods, but that’s on you for not reading reviews and buying cheap items from random sellers, you get what you pay for. Another common complaint here is bad customer service, It’s a Chinese website so cut them some slack. Speak simply and kindly to them and they’ll always be respectful. You wouldn’t even need to interact with customer service if you weren’t making dumb decisions. Make sure your packages are reinforced and that you buy insurance, do some research on which shipping line is best for you. To the people who complain about shipping costs, what do you expect when you order a package from halfway across the world. Ship a decent amount of items together to get the best value. Pandabuy is a business with many warehouses and workers so of course you will need to pay some service fees, it’s honestly not even that much, just a few dollars. Don’t be buying from this website if you’re trying to penny pinch everything.

I just got an attempt from panda to charge my card $98. I bought nothing through them

Customs issues. Looks like there was something wrong with paperwork. Lost a nice bit of money. Panda Buy sent me a couple of vouchers worth very little. Will never use them again. Pat

Do not buy off this site. My son unbeknown to me bought shorts and jumper in wrong size. Impossible to return you cannot contact anyone the jumper never came so order was cancelled and issued £3 refund but took £13 for it. Totally lost our money and nothing we.can do AVOID ALL COSTS

Agents don't respond shipping is slow and overpriced doesn't have auto declare so you don't know what to declare miserable experience

First of all people who threw around their 1-star reviews clearly don't know how the platform works.

I have been shopping off of Pandabuy for over 2 years and so far I have never been unsatisfied with their service.

To clarfy: Pandabuy is NOT an online store. They are a middleman that helps you order from Chinese webshops. You order something, it gets shipped to their warehouse, they offer the quality check, after-sales and storage time, all the assistance in order to help you feel like you are ordering from a Chinese webshop. And eventually you pay for the international shipping fees.

Yes, shipping is not always cheap, that's why it is important to use the estimator on their homepage to get a quote. Also, the customs. There are enough guides on reddit about the platform that provide advice on how to declare your package correctly in order to not get into problems with seizure, remember, buying replica goods for yourself is not illegal, the resale of these as counterfeit is. (Take insurance on all orders! it's only 3% of the shipping fee!)

And finally, what to buy.
If you are just scouring for goods to buy on the platform without knowing that most people actually use the platform to buy from these hidden gem sellers on the platform that offer exclusive quality replicated shoes, clothes and accesoires, then don't be surprised if there are quality issues, again, do your research on reddit, there are tons of subreddits that know the names/links of webshop sellers that offer the truly good stuff.

What do you expect? For a company based in China, I think it's obvious to assume that staff won't necessarily know english. So, they use translators.
Personally I just use DeepL to translate my english responses (Write them well!) into Chinese. It really makes the staff more open to you and you get responses quicker.

Trust: Pandabuy is definitely legit, it is just not the easiest to use. Trust me, you can purchase some very nice goods from them as long as you know what you are doing, there are plenty of turtorials and guides all over YouTube and Reddit that you can leanr plenty from. Sadly people just rant about their bad experiences simply because they didn't know how to use the platform to the fullest or made poor purchases.
