I buy Canon semi and full professional cameras regularly through the normal channels - at normal channel costs. Found Panamoz had the R5 MKii at over £1000 cheaper. After checking reviews I bought and paid online - nervously - but the camera wss with me, delivered by UPS within 8 days. Brand new, latest firmware, just great service. Yes, it is a grey import but Panamoz offer their own warranty/support for the standard period. I will never be ripped off by a main Canon dealer again although some will want to pay for the name.

A totally exceptional retailer with intelligent people at its heart. The delivery speed and the quality of the item supplied was outstanding. And any time I’ve contacted them, they are efficient and helpful. Whenever possible, I prefer them for my camera purchases.

Ordered a new camera+lens on Cyber Monday, delivered 7 days later to the UK, quite good for such a busy time. Equipment arrived safe and well packed, as advertised. Very good savings compared to local photography stores. I would certainly order from them again, but will also purchase from local stores to help keep them in business too.

Was a little hesitant at first, but the overall experience so far was great. Easy to communicate with, camera was delivered as promised and the actual delivery time quicker than promised. Clear tracking info by FedEx and no surprises in the delivery.

The camera does come with a UK type power plug for the charger, so when ordering from a proper plug country make sure you have a charger cable so you can charge the batteries.

Hoping I won’t need the warranty, but based on current experiences with Panamoz I am not too worried about them solving issues should they arise.

Their word is good and I've purchased many times there. Claimed and got refunded on one expensive item on time. They're good people,I figure.

A camera I bought from Panamoz around 15 months ago developed a fault. I contacted them and explained the problem, they told me to send it for repair which I did. As soon as I got an estimate for the work I sent it to Panamoz. They sent me the money to cover the work within a couple of hours. No quibbling, no delays. This was exceptional service and I shall certainly be using them again. It's easy to be good when everything is going well, it's what you do when there's a problem that really counts.

Service and prices are remarkable. Often a great price comes with poor delivery but not with Panamoz. I spread the word wherever and whenever I can. Introducing a new photographer is a massive gift saving them thousands over the years as well as knowing they will always get good products at an incredible price.

I bought the Canon R6 Mark III (body). Smooth transaction; the parcel was sent through FedEx, no problem at all. I placed the order on 26/11/25 from the UK, and the parcel arrived on 01/12/25. All perfect, the camera works perfectly, and no issues found.

Panamoz state they offer a three year warranty on goods so this will be this will be the test for me.
