I notice multiple payments coming out of my account. I have never been on this website, I don’t even have a pet! I have raised this with them, they informed me they cancelled my account but payments still coming out. I don’t know how they can take money from people in this cost of living crisis and live with themselves!

They are scammers
They are scammers , took money from my account , so i cancelled the scammed subscription , and every thing i tried to buy from the money they scammed was out of stock.
The company contacted me again after 18 month asking me to change this review. The issue was never resolved and i wasnt refunded as i did not feel comfortable giving them my bank details for this to happen.
I felt this was an honest review of my experience, and would discourage any one using them without being aware of my personal experience
