Pleasent dealer experience
We have been selling with Pamono for many years. Some times it's busier than others and sometimes it's hard to reach support, but overall it's a pleasent dealer experience that I would reccommend! Being a dealer on Pamono is expensive, but in exchange that does to a certain extent guarantee the quality of their dealers and so far we have easily made that money back every year.

My positive experience
I bought a Silver Plate "Epoca Cutlery Service" made by Wilkens (Germany), during the 1980s. It is a really marvellous set of 74 pieces in extremely good quality. There is absolutely nothing negative to say, on the contrary! The description of the Epoca Cutlery Service corresponded to the high quality of it and I am very happy! The contact with the Pamono-Team was very good and nice, too. They answered my questions quickly and the parcel was shipped within a few days after the order. It reached me safe and everthing went in a great way. Thanks!

I was contacted “design sourcing expert” we had an audio call that she was late for ( around midday ) and she sounded like she literally just woke up from 3 days long party. I’m pretty sure she was yawning. Her words stumbled and I could barely understand what she’s saying - I couldn’t believe this was happening. I swear this never occurred in my life before. She also tricked me into thinking I can join a free plan. Don’t be fooled - there is literally no such a thing

I ordered a wonderful midcentury sideboard. Not only does it look exactly like on the photographs, but it also came much faster than it said. So we are super happy and would recommend this website anytime :)

This one is for the sellers. It is one of the worst websites I have ever used. There are no statistics in terms of views and popular items. There is no way to download or look at previous invoices. They cannot say how they are using your monthly payments in terms of social media exposure. Or how often your items are being showcased. You are basically blind on this website. And as a dealer that is useless. Vinterior, Etsy, eBay and many others provide information so you can react as a dealer to try and close a deal.
They offer an automated tool to bring in items from your website but its useless and makes loads of mistakes. They advertise that they will sort out all the postage. But from the 1 sale I made, I was immediately contacted and asked to make my own arrangements for postage (after they'd agreed my price!). Pamono seem to be riding on their popularity in the past. And are just sitting back and taking sellers money for doing very little. Trying to get out of my 1 year contract as it is doing nothing for me. 1 item sold compared to dozens of items on other websites. Don't be drawn into this website until they are seen to be doing improvements.

I ordered a beautiful Art Deco sofa. The description was accurate, the delivery happened just as estimated with very clear communication. The sofa came very well wrapped, so it wasn’t damaged at all. It was perfectly clean and ready to be in the living room. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy again from Pamono.
Pamono don't leave their clients in the lurch
Bought a vintage table on Pamono. There was an issue with the order due to the seller's mistake: the seller sent the wrong extensions with the table. We discovered the problem after the table had already been at our place for two months, unpacked. It was so disappointing! I contacted Pamono and they were most helpful to resolve our issue:) Pamono contacted the seller to search for our "genuine" parts and then they organized a quick seamless exchange. And they didn't charge us anything despite the fact that we live outside EU. Their delivery partner was always in touch and kept us informed. It's the most extraordinary and amazing experience, seriously! I highly recommend buying through this platform because they really protect the buyer. We'd have never realized this exchange ourselves if we'd purchased directly from the seller. Many thanks for your kind help, guys!
Perfect retro desk
We used Pamano to purchase a retro office desk from the Netherlands. Shipping was required to the UK and all the logistics were handled very efficiently and we were kept updated. The desk arrive and it was perfect, just as described so we are delighted.

These beautiful side cabinets are wonderful and made all the more special that they were sent from Italy.
Simple transaction and were delivered before the estimated date. I had to wait a while for them but understand if things are being shipped from Europe, then this is to be expected.
I trawl the internet for rare finds and often find the nicer pieces are not in the uk, but shopping is very high. That’s why I would use Pamono again as the choice was wonderful, unusual and not ridiculously expensive.
Disappointing Experience with Defective Coffee Tables from Pamono
I recently purchased two coffee tables from Pamono, and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience. Upon unboxing the tables, I discovered several defects that were not disclosed in the product description or pictures on the Pamono website.
The tables were designed as versatile, with no designated top or bottom side, allowing users to choose how to display them. However, both tables had one side that was significantly more worn than the other, rendering them unsuitable for use in the manner described. Additionally, each table had a conspicuous black dot made with a marker, which was a sad and unprofessional surprise after spending a considerable amount of money and a hefty shipment fee.
When I reached out to Pamono support, their response was shockingly poor. They claimed that there was nothing wrong with hiding these crucial defects and did not offer any resolution. This level of customer service is unexpected and unprofessional, especially from a website that claims to be a top source for high-quality vintage furniture.
