Do not order on line from this company
I have ordered several item of clothing from Pal Zileri in Italy but unless my current problem is not sorted I shall not be ordering any more.
If you have to return an item to them you are in big trouble. I followed their instructions but the parcel seems to be lost or stranded at Italian customs. Pal Zileri Customer Services do not want to know. They basically say it is your fault as you did not use their return (£25) but only the regular postal service.
This has been going on for over 2 months
Customer Services is very poor as other reviewers say. Each time they ask for the tracking number as if you had not told them before, and then do absolutely nothing. It is common for items bought on line to be returned yet they just don’t want to know.
The experience has been stressful, time consuming and I am over £1000 out of pocket .
Simply not acceptable
