Ordered £201.00 worth of books online

Ordered £201.00 worth of books online. 10 days went buy heard nothing. Emailed them for update. Got reply next day saying one book was delayed. In my email I said why have they not updated me, why no tracking number sent when the order was completed and why no name of courier stated. Instead of saying sorry we should have a) let you know of the delay and b) provided you with the tracking number. They did not respond to these specific points. No wonder Amazon does well.
