Very good response… both timely and quality… well done!

I had a tremendous experience with Palicomp. I'm an experienced PC builder and have been building PCs for years and I have never built a computer with the same amount of care and attention that Palicomp have. It was priced perfectly. The cable management was excellent. The computer arrived in great condition, well packaged and I'm very happy. I would recommend.

I had a minor issue but it was quickly sorted out.
Fast replies to emails and courteous throughout

Had an issue with Paypal on payment and they were able and willing to assist to rectify.

Then had and issue during setup which they were willing to suppor lt and when none of the troubleshooting worked they had it collected and fixed and back to me within 3 days.

10/10 service.

Very good deal for a Ryzen 7 7800X3D & RTX 4080 Super PC. Customer service was excellent and it only took 2 days to receive the PC. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Bought a pc from these over a year ago and has been amazing. Recently there was a problem and the support team did great in getting the PC fixed under the warranty that is offered.

Could not activate windows 11 after reinstall. Contacted support and received activation code within 30 minutes.

I purchased the AMD Cobra on the recommendation of Computeractive magazine and it doesn't disappoint!

The PC is blazing fast for the activities I use it for including general internet use and mild video editing compared to my old Dell Inspiron and was an absolute steal of a price at the time of purchase.

As for Palicomp, customer service has been excellent and while there was upselling, there was ZERO pressure selling.

I'd certainly recommend using Pailcomp if either you want them to provide you a pre-build or for a custom PC as they know their stuff and their prices.

Recommend this company. Really pleased with the computer. I had a small problem with a part, I e-mailed them and it was all sorted within 12 hours. Excellent service.

So disappointed, was looking forward to working with a non bog standard computer. Having worked in this field since the '80's, helped people with little computer knowledge, upgraded their systems etc... I now find I have to make excuses for zero performance.

Communication via email was straight forward. Instructions and suggestions understandable.
Problem solved in 24hrs.

I first contacted Palicomp via Chat about potentially buying a PC. The operative (P) answered all my questions comprehensively and was most helpful. I duly ordered an AMD Cobra PC, which was delivered on time and was well packaged. I had a few queries I wanted to clear up, so I emailed their support. They (J) answered on the same day and sorted them all out. I now look forward to firing up my new PC with confidence. Thanks Palicomp!

First time Palicomp user earlier this year and felt the build I ordered was good value relative to the components used. I did run into a very rare CPU issue with the build, which was a bit disheartening having just spent quite a bit on the order. On a very positive note however, Palicomp dealt with it well - initially with troubleshooting steps, and then once it was clear that wasn’t doing it, a very quick pickup of the PC and quick turnaround of replacement hardware.

It's been 13 years since I bought my last PC and spent a long time trying to work out what I wanted and then who I wanted to buy it from. Overall experience from Palicomp has been superb. Buying process, customer follow-up and then support has been first class. Quick response to any questions. Had a small issue with the graphics card and support sorted it out. No hassles, no push back, just went out of their way to sort my issue, which they did. Recommended :-)

I have been with Palicomp for a number of years now. I have always had fast and reliable advice and service. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Brilliant company to deal with. Had a problem with a power supply, they sent me a replacement straightaway and made everything super easy. Delighted with prompt, friendly service received.

This is my third PC from Palicomp, and the first one with which I have had an issue, after circa 10 months from purchase. That said, their support, speed of response, helpfulness and determination to resolve my issue quickly has been brilliant. They even sent me replacement parts (RAM sticks) before I returned the faulty one, to ensure minimum downtime for me. Computers go wrong from time to time, but what segregates the good from the bad suppliers, is the way and speed that they, the supplier, respond to any issues/problems. 10 out of 10 for Palicomp, and its support team.

I was given answers swiftly to my queries.

Too often, when issues crop up, people can be neutral at best about their experience. This doesn't do justice to the great efforts a company can go to when making sure an issue is fully resolved.

I've found Palicomp quick to act, demonstrate real patience, politeness and professionalism in resolving things for us.

I had to write this because Palicomp understood the very human element of what we were going through and they addressed it perfectly.
