Received damaged racket

Ordered Dunlop Galactica Lite on discount, they have sent a damaged (or used) racket. It was covered in scratches from all sides. Some of them were quite deep.
2 stars - for convenient return procedure.
Will never order from them

Not great customer service.

I bought an Expensive €216 racket and it broke in the first match, then I exchanged it for a new one because maybe the other just had a defect. When I received the new racket I was away and only got to play with it for the first time after a month...this racket lasted half a set before it broke.
I went through all the proper channels to return it and get a refund but customer service has gone completely quite on me.

Padelexpert is one big joke

Padelexpert is one big joke, first they advertise with the size of the shoe order exactly the same as you usual do. I did and the shoes where to small.

I send the shoes back in the orginally box and they send the box straight back to me sorry we can not change your shoes or give you money back because the box is damaged.

It's one big joke don't order here please they are jokers.

Een bizarre beslissing van PadelXpert

Een bizarre beslissing van PadelXpert. Ze geven geen geld terug als jij een schoen meer dan 5 dagen per week gebruikt. En de kwaliteit niet goed genoeg is geven ze als antwoord het onderstaande.

Their decision is as following:

"Based on the latter, with the customer playing almost every day, this is not an approved complaint.

A pair of shoes should be allowed to rest and unfortunately his has not. That is why situations like this can arise.

We recommend that if you play more than twice a week that you have several shoes to play in so the shoe has time to recover.

The complaint is therefore not accepted even after 3 months the shoe is worn so much."

I am sorry about this.

Thank you for your review.

When you use a shoe more than 2 times a week, we recommend that you have more than one pair of shoes to switch between. This is because your shoes need rest in-between the usage.

In your case, you have used your shoes more than five days a week for just over three months.

If they don't get rest, the shoes don't last longer than 2-3 months.

Therefor we can't accepts your claim of your shoes.

Broken high end racket, no compensation

I bought a high end padel racket costing 290,- Euro's and after only 5 months of playing normal padel the racket started showing tares. Eventually the middle top part completly broke. I made a complaint about this and provided them with all the answers and pictures and their simple conclusion was only, that this will not be compansated based on their findings. I feel let down by PadelXpert and it is to easy to dismiss clients who spend a lot of money on these rackets by simply saying that it is their own fault and it doesn't cover the guarantee. I will never bye anything from this company again.

After verifying the status of the Babolat Technical Viper 2022 we inform you that there is no warranty for the following reason:

After reviewing the warranty, we detected blow on the frame.
Padel is a sport in which the material suffers blows from contact with the walls and the floor, so the racket loses the warranty at the moment the frame presents blows.
Adding that once there are blows to the frame, vibrations are transmitted throughout the frame, which can affect other softer parts of the racket. Therefore, the racket has no warranty once these blows are witnessed and evidenced.

Order got canceled by Padelxpert. Money was returned but still had to pay the shipmentcosts….

To late delivery since I went on holiday It was send back and the costs were charged in me, What a service!

Our shipping policies is following: When you don't pick up or return a package, the customer pays for the shipping cost. We send packages within 2-4 week days and your package was delivered on the 4th day. We hope that you will order from us again soon.
