Paddypower had to try to bridge the big AGE GAP in computer technology when i attempted to open an account with them. I live in between 2 large towns and nearest bookmaker is about 23 miles away. They ran a promo: Money back as a free bet at Ascot, if the horse finishes 2nd, 3rd, 4th.

I decided to take a punt on the 3th favourite because of this promo because it felt like some form of insurance if it didn't win. I would not have placed this bet if it wasn't for the promo, which was advertised with prominently with a large banner on the homepage.. The horse came 4th but the free bet was not credited. I contacted live chat twice, and both times, they refuse to credit the free bet.

Have now emailed their complaints department and will be escalating it to IBAS if it isn't resolved.

Joke of a company, shouldn't be this difficult, and won't be using them again in future. They might have a good social media presence which drew me in, but the odds are usually better elsewhere!

The worst site for gambling,if you add money in they're website make sure you don't add with PayPal because they would check it and asking bank statements and so many things to unblock your account,basically the money would be lost and you get treated badly by the cs team.I really not recommended this gambling website that is mostly a scam
