A ‘moderately’ satisfied customer
I have spent hundreds of pounds ( probably thousands) with Paddocks, so I feel qualified to comment. My impression is one of an honest and reasonably well run business. The
Website works quite well but photos are poor and few in number. Not enough info about the products/materials. Compare with eBay!
Pricing is competitive.
Slow responding to enquiries by e-mail.
Phone calls can be ‘matter of fact’ raising the threshold for seeking advice and sometimes I feel like a nuisance. They are moderately polite but I don’t get the vibe that I am a valued customer spending my hard earned cash.
Postage can be slow but is efficient and the stuff well packed.
Overall I have confidence in Paddocks but they could improve their attitude to customers especially when they are spending big money.
