I find it frustrating when my e-mails are not answered despite reminders.
Poor photos on the website and inadequate information.
The reply was polite but predictable and actions will be the real test. If they cannot answer e-mails then please say so and don’t waste my time.
The website works quite well and matches up to competitors but more info and better photos would be a big help and perhaps avoid a few e-mails and phone calls.
Prices are competitive and postage is reasonably quick.

One of my last orders took a week to…
One of my last orders took a week to process and ship. When I ordered it the website said 1 to 2 day to ship. I was in a hurry to receive these parts and i think a week is too long to wait before the parts are even start there journey across the Atlantic to my door.

Apologies for the delay in receipt of this order. It was ordered and left Paddock on 14th August but did not leave the UK carrier facility until 21st August, It arrived in Mississauga, ON on 27th August but was still not delivered to you until 7th September. Not acceptable in the modern days. We hope that you feel able to trust that this is not a regular accurance and that you may feel able to use us again in the future.
