We used packlink for boxes from Germany to Spain and they were criminally incompetent.
3 weeks later they have failed to collect the boxes, but we paid. When we chase the collection there is a daily email which describes the same thing.

Worst service ever. They lost my parcel and their answer was only sorry but there is nothing we can do and we will close the case. Good luck next time.

Nothing short of a scam
This company should stop scamming people. Out of the blue, we have received unwarranted unpaid invoice notices and we've been threatened with legal action ! We've explained this by email, but they won't even respond.
Whether they have a problem with their computer system of they are deliberately attempting to collect money which is not owned, I do not know.
Judging by how many people are reporting this issue, I would say the latter.
We have written enough times to Lisandro Martino and Rodrigo Plaza , which we assume are Packlink BOTs impersonating humans, to now spend more time on this

Unjustified charges - we are reporting to the authorities
We continue to receive spurious 'item overweight' charges, but these is no way to appeal as the company simply does not reply to emails. If you are one of the many thousands people which report having had money taken illegally please consider
- changing your Paypal setting to remove Packlink as an authorised payee
- filing an online report to the Police through Action Fraud. The more people filing, the more likely the company will be investigated
- leave a review explaining what has happened to you

Scam company, dishonest
I bought a label for delivery of a parcel from Italy to the UK with loss protection. The parcel was damaged during the delivery and it was dismissed, I never received it. I asked packlink the repayment of the value of the parcel, as per the label purchased and they rejected to refund me.
Scam company, to avoid. No wonder the evaluation score is so low.
Beware of Scam: Unjust Overcharges and Lack of Accountability
My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, the delivery seemed fine, but a month later, I was shocked to find an additional charge of 176 euros on my bill. They claimed that the package was 66 kg overweight, but this is simply not possible.
To address the issue, I reached out to them via email as they have no other means of communication. Unfortunately, they showed a complete lack of accountability and claimed that there was no way to prove the weight of the package. This is clearly a deceptive tactic to avoid taking responsibility for their actions.
Let me clarify that the packages I sent were of 25 kg, and there is no way that I, an anemic 50 kg girl could have lifted this extra 66 kg as they suggested. It's absurd to think that I or even the professional carrier could lift a 90 kg package up four staircases.
The courier himself lifted the boxes with no issues and brought them down four floors, and confirmed they were not exceeding the weight.
In hindsight, I deeply regret not paying attention to the warning signs from other customers who had previously dealt with this company's dishonest practices. It's apparent that they are running a scam, and it's disheartening to see them get away with it.
I advise everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy service for your deliveries.

Final edit : I tried the site again and everything was just perfect. In the end, it is important what transport company we are choosing as well, but all in all I believe packlink is offering an interesting solution. So I need to be fair and change my rating accordingly.
Later edit: After the message below they contacted me and we discovered there was a tecnical issue on their side. They refunded and I will try to use them again. Until then 3 stars for the good CS and for quickly finding the issue.
On the 18th of June we purchased a delivery from Barcelona to Valencia, we paid, we got an email with the pick-up date and the labels and that was all.
Nobody came on the 20th to get the packs, nobody is answering on the chat!
As it was not an extremly urgent delivery we waited, but today is 17th of July so we celebrate a month with absolultely no reaction from this company.
This week if I don't get a sign I will just charge back and that's that.

A nightmare of a transportation service
So currently I am moving from Alicante to Madrid. For some reason a good person that I know recommended me this garbage.
On July 12th I paid 65 EUR for a transportation of 4 boxes of my belongings from Alicante to Madrid. Boxes were supposed to be picked up on July 13th between 9am to 5pm. Right now it's 10:45 am of July 14th, nothing has been picked up. I was told that there were some kind of problems, that a pick-up will be reassigned to someone else. I have no more new information and I'm scared that they won't pick up my boxes today either, since I'm supposed to move to Madrid on Monday and THERE'S NO ONE WHO CAN HELP ME OR NO ONE WHO COULD KEEP MY BOXES AT THEIR Home.
What kind of a transportation service is this, if they are sending you an email claiming that A PICKUP OF YOUR THINGS IS NOT GUARANTEED? How is it even possible that you pay for a service and then they claim that they don't guarantee that a said service will be provided in the first place.
I've read that they can take months refunding money. If no one picks up my stuff today, I'm afraid, I will need to ask my bank for a chargeback. I myself work in customer support and know pretty well how chargebacks hurt companies.

Bad start but problem solved after submitting a review on here
I am going to update this review in due course based on whether or not Packlink successfully resolves my 2 issues.
Issue 1. Package shipped via TNT Express still stuck in Sevilla after 2 weeks.

I sent my iphone from my UK address to my Spanish address. I correctly completed the customs form stating that I am a private individual and provided my ID information.
The package got stuck in customs in Sevilla and has been there for the last 10 days with zero movement. I have been emailing TNT and Packlink every day. Different people at Packlink have told me they have escalated the case 3 times over the last 6 days but apparently they have received no response from TNT. TNT are refusing to help me directly - they say I have to get support through Packlink. Packlink are telling me that they are getting no reply. So, I am completely stuck without a phone and no progress whatsoever. I cannot call Packlink as they do not publish a phone number anywhere and it seems to take at least 24 hours to get a reply to an email so progress is painfully slow.
Issue 2. Package collection arranged via TNT for 27/06/2023 - not collected.

My parents waited in all day at home yesterday for this package to be collected. No one came.
I reported the issue at the end of the day via Packlink's customer support form. I have received no reply from Packlink and the package has not been collected today either. I paid around 36 Euros for 48 hour delivery and it has not even been collected with zero explanation.
The reason I am giving Packlink 2 stars and not 1 is because they are replying - even though it is very slowly and very frustrating how they are unable to even get a response from TNT.
UPDATE 29/06/2023:
I am now changing my review score from 2 stars to 1 star. I sent a detailed email to Packlink yesterday asking specific questions about my options now that the package appears to be stuck with no contact between Packlink and TNT. I asked about the insurance I purchased and whether I could potentially cancel the service and claim a refund etc. I received a reply which is identical to another reply I received last Thursday. It did not address any of my questions. It was simply a generic stock response that they send to anyone who complains about a delayed shipment. Either a person is selecting the templated reply and sending it without paying any attention to the customer's question or it is being done using AI. But the bottom line is that the customer service level is virtually non-existent. Yes, you get a response, but the response is completely worthless and scripted. I remain frustrated with no hint of a solution on the horizon. Packlink, if you are reading this, please email me and let's have a real conversation.
UPDATE 30/06/2023:
After submitting the above review, I received the reply below from Packlink and I did indeed receive an email a few minutes later. The email told me that the package had been released from customs. I checked the tracking and this showed that it had, in fact, been released and was back in transit. So within a few minutes of responding to my negative review, the problem seemed to be solved. I am, of course, grateful for this but confused about how it could be resolved so easily after making a complaint on here. Nevertheless, a solution was ultimately provided and Packling does, at least, respond to reviews. For that reason I have increased my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Awful service and even more awful customer service
I sent three boxes with Packlink-Seur on the same day from La Coruña to Paris. 1/3 reached Paris. One is completely lost and I am waiting for compensation. The other one was broken by Seur and given back to the sender in La Coruña, i.e. the service was never provided. After 10 mails exchanged to customer service they completely refuse to pay me back the SHIPPING FEES because I don’t have an invoice of the CONTENT. It is completely exasperating, I don’t claim the content but they can’t reimburse me the 30€ shipping fee because I can’t prove the content???? So they want to keep the money for doing nothing???? I feel like they are making fun of me. Completely disappointing service and even worse customer service.
Update post the note of the company: they did absolutely nothing and still kept my money. So frustrating.

Packlink committed to deliver my package in 2-3 working days. It has been a week and I still haven’t received it. The worst part is that I still don’t even know when will I receive it and they don’t take any responsibility at all. They don’t know and are not being responsive.
My package was stuck in customs for 1 day, so si recommend to take seriously the way to fill all needed forms.
Anyways, I do not record using this company to deliver a package.

This "company" based in a different country have taken a leaf out of Evri/Hermes playbook & have decided that if you cannot talk to a human at ANY stage in the process then they can deliver (or not deliver in many cases) a really inferior, dishonest & lacklustre service. The employees are well aware of this as this "service" is getting worse by the week.
They may be a wee bit more expensive but i suggest Royal mail, DPD, UPS, Evri etc are all not fit for purpose neither is packlink, if you cannot talk to a human it's designed that way on purpose & should set alarm bells ringing, these guys could easily destroy a small online business with their dishonesty, i'm living proof!

Nothing. No contact. No reply. E mailed again.
Ebay are just as crap.
I have sold my golf stuff through eBay for years. But based on the last episode, and particularly their links to PackLink, I will be closing the account down.
Because I play it straight, even if PackLink and eBay don’t, I refunded the buyer immediately, and thanked him for a positive review.
If PackLink want to know what a positive review is, they need to up their game by 1000000%
Avoid these guys. And ebay if I was you.

A bot would give better customer service
Having trained customer service staff including those that use Chat systems i can honestly say these are some of the worse. 1 there is no escalation path so if you have an issue with the chat staff you can only discuss it with the chat staff. When you do get to a manager they will only email seemingly in fear of having to justify themselves or staff. I've been lied to by a manager and from line staff and they still won't face the music.. thats even after a manager said their staff was wrong and there will be training. Awful customer service experience with no want to do better. To be honest i've had a more understanding and complete service from a bot. Humans who completely ignore your issues and questions should not be in customer service!! Side note even eBay did a chat with them posing as me in an attempt to get progression and gave up expressing their shock to me over the phone.. Yes eBay picked up the phone.. something Packlink staff are for some reason completely unable to do!!!

I have contracted a shipment of a television from Benidorm to Madrid, I have paid an insurance in case of loss or damage with the value that they have paid me for the television, my client has received it destroyed, and this company is not responsible for the damage, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PACKAGE COMPANY, THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND THIEVES. YOU CANNOT SELL A SERVICE AND THEN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

Terrible Customer Service
I've contracted their pick-up and delivery service to ship a wooden table from Spain to Portugal. I have to say that the transport arranged through them with TNT was impeccable, with fast pick-up and delivery. So TNT, in this case, offered a good service!
Cannot say the same about Packlink. When I arranged the pickup and delivery, both addresses were changed on the labels. Reached out to the customer service team which, not only took a while to answer but also couldn't see/understand/read? that the addresses weren't what I originally provided, so more time was lost here.
Secondly, we insured the package up to €700 and paid extra for it. The table arrived slightly damaged so we've followed the procedures to file a claim for articles damaged in transit. Well, they did their best to find every single excuse to not accept the claim because apparently, in the provided picture, their tracking reference wasn't visible, however, the TNT one is, and this could be easily tracked back to my shipment as each tracking is unique, but nope. Once again received a 3 lines answer without any meaning to help or with any useful information.
Well, the customer service, miss Ligia, in this case, was very very little proactive and without any will to do her job and provide acceptable customer service.
In any case, I gave up because it feels like I'm talking to a robot, but I'll do my best to NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone and make sure to share my experience wherever possible.
