Won Hogwarts The Legacy the other night. Chose PS5 disc version and received it promptly. Very pleased.

I’ve done it again! With only one ticket bought.

Hadn’t watched the live draw, missed their call with me calling back to find out I won the £500 cash prize!!! I thought I won the scratch cards as I bought a few in that one.

Great guys, had transferred the money over with no problems.

And yes it only takes one ticket!

Won a great prize: an Air fryer. I'd wanted one for ages. They have all sorts of great items for a wide variety of tastes including cash!
Was packaged and delivered promptly.

Where to start? Hmmm, I Have 3 reasons why u should NOT waste your money with these guys!
1. There is NO entry list that you can view to see if there was any suspicious activity regarding the entry list, other similar websites with competitions DO provide an entry list.
2. Recently these guys had a competition where you could win Apple bundle or £3500 Cash alternative, I've max out my tickets on this comp 1h before ending, there were only 700 sold including my tickets from 2000 and when comp ended they sold a total of 1782 tickets so 30min before ending they sold out 1000 tickets. In my opinion, they bought the tickets themselves from a third person to be on plus with the comp and not lose money. 1000 tickets sold within 30min with only 200 followers on facebook I don't think so.
3. They DO not do phone calls on live stream to inform the winner also they don't read the live chat when your trying to ask about something, little bit suspicious in my opinion.
THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS.

This site doesn’t play fair in my opinion, I was interested in two competitions, one was removed due to lack of interest and another draw date was moved due to lack of sales!
All competitions should be guaranteed regardless of sales to create excitement, what’s the point of tuning into the live draw only to find the comp you have entered has moved to a different date! By selling tickets with a reserve will put people off, it puts me off, not fun.

I've played a few times with Packapoo Prizes and have been lucky enough to win twice (so far 🤞). Very fair and fun. I've got to say their communication is great and cash transfers have been within the hour. Definitely recommend.

Didn't receive my email with ticket numbers tried to message them but no reply so I have no idea if this is a scam or poor website etc will not be using again

I had a win 🏆 I won £250 gift voucher and received it the same day after winning such a great service already bought some more tickets for the next raffle well worth a go.

Im writing this review as my partner and I are still out of pocket with packapoo prizes. You can read most of what has gone on with them by my partner Ben review.

I won 3 prizes a few weeks ago and was due to receive the ps5 and money for cash alternative on the other 2 prizes but I never got them. I spoke to them on the phone and in messages about the delivery and was all arranged for Friday 18th nov. Then my partner won £1k on the instant comp and the day after we both had our accounts suspended.
We have done nothing wrong. I’ve seen the reply to Bens review from packapoo and we haven’t threatened them. We were all fine until the unknown suspension and from then onwards Ben has been trying to get answers and have tried on many methods to get in touch with them but no response. This is why we are taking legal matters and the rubbish of us threatening you is slander. All we want is what legally we both won and we will stop “pursuing our winnings” not “threats” as you say.
What are we supposed to do just stay silent when I’m owed a ps5 and £420 and Ben £1000. How long does it take to see/tell us what we have breached in your terms and conditions. Maybe you need to read them yourselves and your doing false advertising saying competitions “Draw Tonight” on your advertising on Facebook but the draws weren’t for “tonight” in relation to the Sony M8/9 H9 bundle and dyson corrale bundle. Ben has been taking evidence of all this and we won’t stop until we get what is legally owed to us!

Really misleading site, one says it ends at a time, another saying it will end when ….tickets are sold.
Contacted for clarification to be made, but got none.

There are much more easy and transparent sites out there. I hope they take this as constructive criticism, either chose and end dates and don’t extend, or don’t put a timer on a draw that has minimum ticket sales

Response to the companies rather disappointing unprofessional reply.
I have the same issue as others, you’ve not been clear when your draws are going to end, I even reached out expecting to know what draws were drawn that evening, but still none the wiser. I think these have been more than fair appraisals.
Also do not know this ben, however I see from his review he has not received a prize that he won. So I would imagine that is a fair basis for a negative review also

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Where do I start with Pack of****. It’s been a week now the Mrs n I have been suspended on possible breach of terms and conditions for no known reason (16/11/22), No explanation given, no contact. But the underlying issue is that a few weeks ago my fiancée won 3/3 draws that night (9/11/22) and she was due the ps5 and the cash alternative on the other 2 items to be delivered on 18/11/22. Also I won £1k on the instant draw (£48k big draw) on Tuesday 15th November with ticket no.2023. But weirdly my fiancée and I were suspended the day after on Wednesday 16th November. So no money or prizes have been received, they ignore our calls, emails and messages. We have sent them 14 day notice letter before we take court action as all we want is our money/prizes! BEWARE OF THEM. If they do manage to sort this problem and “it’s been a huge mistake” then I will remove this review.
