The goods ordered were delivered in a damaged condition, the packing box had been damaged in two places presumably by the carrier, and left on the door step with no explanation. This has reflected badly on your company.

The sample option is great as it allowed me to tweak the sizes each time and find the perfect box to fit the whole range of sports card boxes for my website.
