fake regular prices - 20% off is actually regular price
I found this company by tracking down a product code on a hotel pillow I liked. Bought a pair of pillows to try out. They haven't even arrived yet and I've received 5 marketing emails begging me to buy the things I added to my cart "before they sell out". Their regular prices are marked up and perpetually on sale - their pillows are never going out of stock. Don't let them create a panic, there's no urgency to buy!

I placed an order on 11/10/2023
I placed an order on 11/20/2023. It never arrived. I contacted the company twice via email. No response. Today, 12/7/2023, I waited for a representative. The message said the estimated shipping time is 3-5 days! I Had looked forward to these pillows. The kind representative was understanding. I cancelled my order as the company was still working on it or locating it. What a shame. I had hoped to have lovely pillows. This is horrible service. But, the representative was lovely!
