Well, I was totally surprised to have a decent sized win! I then contacted your office via the provided number and spoke with a friendly rep, Brendon G. He seemed genuine and had the right amount of "Wow, aren't you lucky!" and then was very helpful. I live in NZ, so he explained the process and followed up with an email. From there it was actually quite easy, just going through the steps of ID verification and setting up account details. Thanks again to Brendon!

Short story of my experience, I’ve been playing a lot in different lottos sites but never won though. With Oz lotto I have started to deal in autumn 2021, I registered successfully and bought some tickets directly at Oz official site, was vey happy and in joy that I probably might ll win one day and that opportunity that I can play with my ip of Ukraine so easy warms my heart and I even had chatted with Oz agent online who assumed me that it’s no problem to be in Ukraine and play with Oz lotto and we are equal and that me the most welcome. But all good things come to the end like in Nellys song and after 24 of feb 2022 we been bombed by Russia and hiding at basements Oz lotto sent email to me (April 2022) and said they are very sorry that they must close my account for forever. Only because of war. But it’s so unfair guys we we’re peaceful country just been attacked with crazy people who are fallowed with low instincts to kill everybody and everything. So just know that Oz lotto just deleted peoples account for no reason who was FROM UKRAINE, just I have been discriminated by land, blood, dignity, we are just wanted to have opportunity to win and to have better future and to live not in hunger. So I m not recommended them. I just need to let it go and not worry for that injustice, God see everything and what goes around comes around.

Awful experience. CBA warns they have dody cards going through their systems all the time. Ozlotteries blocks genuine accounts due to the amount of fraud on their site. DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS WILL BE BLOCKED
