I bought a kids quad bike back in September. As soon as my grandson rode it the chain fell off. Then we got that repaired and a week later he rode it again till the battery ran out. We charged it but then it didn't work at all. I reported it before 30 days and sent numerous videos. They kept palming my calls off. They expect you to repack it the same way that it was delivered which is impossible for anyone to do.

Finally received the roof rack for my Jimny , fits perfectly.
Good quality and easy to install.
Customer service is really good.

I purchased a roller cover for my Hilux from Oz Best Dealz and found it had a serious fault — the cover would open while driving, even when locked. I provided clear video evidence and an independent installer’s report confirming the issue wasn’t related to installation. Despite this, the company refused to accept responsibility, instead deferring to the manufacturer and offering only a “warranty assessment” or a refund at my cost as a “change of mind.”

Their handling of the issue has been slow, dismissive, and inconsistent with Australian Consumer Law. I’ve since lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I’d caution others to be very careful before purchasing from this business.

These mats are amazing! Very accurate description, simple to order, took seconds to install, the fit is seamless and perfect… they do not slip! I muddied them up on my first camping trip, a quick hose off had them spotless and not a speck of dirt made its way underneath them. I Would highly recommend these mats!!

The flares were very reasonably priced, they were delivered quickly. Damage-free.
Easy to install, option of nuts and bolts, or screws.

Great value product, lasts well and I recommend. However not perfect, the roof tray needed some minor modifications to fit my Mitsubishi Challenger, however overall not too difficult and am happy with the result.

It took 10 months of fighting this company with the help of Fair trading Queensland, to make them replace the faulty headlight that they sent me. I would not buy a single item from this company. They do not honor their warranty, communication extremely poor and unhelpful.

My order was delivered quickly the service was fantastic, I love the txt number option if you can call.

Got the 145 Summit low profile rooftop tent from oz best deals. Same as my mates but I paid 1000 less! Quality is spot on, clearly the same premium product. When I mentioned I was on a budget, the even gave me a better deal. Super friendly service, especially Anna. Highly recommended!
