Went with family to use the spa facility and was very disappointed. The hot tub was dirty and disgusting. The steam room was out of order. Found from the regular visitors that it has been out of order since few weeks. Went to reception to complain and they told me to use the swimming pool and sauna. Well, I don’t swim and do not like sauna. Then I was told by the reception that I will get a refund or another date to visit again if I email ox-pasture. But they did not reply to my email. So I called them again and was given a different email but once again no reply. Kept calling but the reception team said they can’t do anything. Kept emailing them but no reply. It’s been nearly a year now and I am still waiting for my refund or a replacement visit. Extremely disappointed with the customer service :(

Proved to be an excellent venue to celebrate a significant birthday within the Heaton family. Would like to thank all the staff for their efforts helping us organise and making this event most memorable. Just need to find an excuse to return and enjoy your wonderful hospitality again in the near future!!

My wife and I viewed numerous venues for our wedding before falling in love with Ox Pasture.
We knew we were making the right decision the first time we visited, the buildings were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive, well mannered and exceedingly polite.
Whether just staying for a drink in the cosy romantic bar, having a delicious quality meal in the restaurant or staying a night in their well equipped and comfortable rooms, you're always guaranteed a quality service with a smile.
We had our wedding yesterday and I couldn't fault a thing, every small detail was taken care of, the day flowed smoother than any wedding I had ever been to before, our guests felt well cared for and our every need was catered to.
I can't praise Jay and his team enough for creating such an amazing experience in such a beautiful location. We'll be back again shortly!

We booked Ox pasture Hall for our Daughter Eve's wedding to Nathan on 6 April 2019. Nothing was too much trouble for Jay and his staff, even when the original June date had to be bought forward when the bride became pregnant!

The Wedding in the beautiful gardens, the excellent meal and slick service, and the organisational skills of Jay as a master of ceremonies - all went like clockwork. I don't really like weddings, but I have to admit I actually enjoyed this one!
