Have used North Oxford BMW for our two BMWs after a less than amazing experience at a slightly closer main dealer.

Always found them quick, reliable and helpful.

Probably been 15 times over 4 years and never had a problem

Alright, so it's never nice to have a couple of faults on your BMW, but as my car is coming up to 6 years old, it is perhaps not unexpected. That said, the attention to detail and service received at Oxford BMW this time, and especially Rozeena, was exemplary. Car was booked in efficiently, a kind offer of a lift home when it was clear that parts were going to be needed, and then to have everything on my car sorted out within 24 hours of leaving it there (two repairs and a service) was simply excellent. I've been a customer of the garage since the Banbury Road days, and this was one of the best service department experiences I've ever had. Well done Rozeena - you are a credit to BMW, and you have pretty much guaranteed my next new car purchase will be from North Oxford BMW.

I happen to use the dealership for the first time yesterday. I didn't know anyone at the premises, as I am fairly new to the area. When I arrived, the process of booking my car in was seamless, and punctual. The lady coordinator, Rozeena Ali, listened to my issues with my car that was bought from another BMW main dealer, carefully, and I was sure what surprised of her knowledge. After only a very short time the mechanic named Liam took the car into the workshop. He appeared after about 30 mins to go over the issues, and as I was less technical he invited me into the workshop to look at my car. Liam's cool, expert explanations made me feel very at ease. Just as pleasing was the exceptionally clean workshop, and work station. The car front wings had new looking protective covers, a massive difference from the last mechanic workshop I had been in. After agreeing the work required, shortly later the car was sitting outside the showroom both fixed, and washed. I am really pleased ! Rozeena and Liam are a credit to the company....Well done

Horrific experience over £3000 spent to replace a head light on a 12 year old 5 series 4 visits constant misdiagnosis each time I picked up the bill numerous hours spent waiting for repair or sent away to return in total without the car for more than 3 weeks no courtesy car given and no real apology given .Having previously being a big supporter I would not recommend bmw to anyone now worst experience of a so called premium brand .

In the past, I have had issues with North Oxford BMW, however in the last 4 years my BMW services on two different vehicles has been sublime. North Oxford BMW went the extra mile in offering the best service time and time again.

They recently collected both my vehicles, serviced, cleaned and returned them promptly. Although one was collected due to a missed recall, North Oxford BMW proactively reached out to me on this and asked that they collect it to have it looked at - so Kudos to them, others would have lied and said the recall was done.

Special thanks to Regina, Rozeena and the two guys that collected the vehicles (Sorry, don't get their names - collected and delivered with a smile).

Thank you for the great service and the Christmas present, it was truly a surprise. Please keep up the good work at this level for all customers.

I had travelled 5 hours to collect my child from university on a freezing day and at my arrival in Oxford my engine coolant warning light came on. When I looked this was completely empty and after several attempts buying garage coolant and my light still on made the decision to call into the BMW garage. A member of staff saw me looking baffled at my BM and and asked if he could help. I explained my journey and car problem and he immediately looked at my engine and discovered my pipe was broken and although the day was coming to a close the staff member went out of his way to fix this ASAP for me within an amazing time. I was so unbelievably grateful so I could continue my journey. Thankyou so much . Vicky

Due to circumstances found myself in position where I was in need of an urgent replacement car and after looking at my local options to my area and recalling a recommendation via a former employee, I contacted North Oxford BMW to discuss my needs and requirements.

Mike Smith quickly picked up the request, providing options based on my monthly budget & preferred options. Mike explored what was available and was prompt to source a suitable car for me & the cost was competitive. Communication was great with documents etc, the finance process was smooth and stress free. Its easy for dealers to forget buying a car can be quite stressful especially with current cost of living/interest rates so I appreciate the ease & customer service provided.

After all the finance was confirmed and I was informed the car was ready for collection with a convenient date, the process was dealt with ease from the welcoming reception team to the handover of the car. The car was duly parked delightfully in the handover bay in the showroom, a lovely chap helped me set up a few things such as apple car play (apologies in the excitement I don't recall his name) but he was super helpful and patient with me to set things up and drove the car out of the bay for me, would be typical of me to have bad luck just driving out the showroom. It’s been a few weeks since the collection and super happy the car.

Had a service done recently and had an outstanding experience dealing with Matt Bradd and Luke Staines, great service from everyone at north oxford BMW couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great customer service from North Oxford BMW. My car was booked in with Rozeena Ali and she kept me updated all throughout the time my vehicle was with North Oxford and made sure all the problems I was having were fixed before returning my car to me. Car was also returned spotless.

Luke & Rozeena were unbelievably helpful. Received pragmatic, honest advice and made realistic recommendations regarding our old X5. Went the extra mile finding options and sorting out disposal of the vehicle - will definitely be using BMW North Oxford in future

They seem happy to talk to you IF you're after a new car but seem less interested if you are looking to trade up for a used car.

Was told they'd come back to me with an offer on my current BMW twice now... Nothing, not heard back.

I'll probably go elsewhere now, Mercedes.

Great service from BMW North Oxford staff. Bought my vehicle in due to a recall and experienced great customer service from Rozeena. She made sure I was booked in for a convenient time (around my work schedule) which meant I could run with my day as normal. Rozeena also arranged a vehicle for myself whilst my car was being investigated. A great asset for the company. I will be sure to use BMW North Oxford again due to the high level or service provided and easy communication!

Had an amazing experience with Rozeena. My vehicle was picked and the issue was fixed super quickly and I couldn't be happier; my car was returned spotless. Rozeena was lovely and helpful throughout the whole experience.

The Oxford BMW staff are always very helpful and courteous. Excellent communications from Rozeena. Although my vehicle was in the garage for 3 days, for emergency work, Rozeena kept me up to on progress with a smile. Vehicle returned to me clean both inside and outside.

The whole experience was brilliant. My car was picked up, the issue fixed promptly, the car was cleaned and then returned to me. I couldn’t be happier.
Roger Davidson provided excellent service - he picked up the car as I had an ongoing issue, and he fully explained what had been done to fix the problem. I felt really comfortable leaving my car with him and North Oxford BMW
