This is a scam. Cost me over $80 I will never see again. Don't use this.

The condo property I was looking for information on was not available so I was not able to get any results to answer my query. I did take the opportunity to put in the address of a secondary residence while I had access and that worked fine.

those who pay the most to g and advertise the most seem crooked AF. I've seen this advertisement more that Walmart or GEICO pay attention,!!! the wicked speak the loudest!!!!

I used overly and the information was accurate. People should remember you still have to compare this information with the county records and definitely do a title search. As a professional real estate agent you can never have too much information. I found their information very useful so far. Remember always confirm and verify.

I wanted to find the history of my home. Pfft! No history from before I owned it and nothing I didn't already know.

Their ad on TV gives the impression you can get the value of your home or any address. While that maybe true, they fail to advertise there is a cost associated with this. Sorry, I do not give my credit card info to unknown sites.

Saw their ad on TV. Went through all the steps and at the end they explain there is a charge. What a waste of my time. Hope they go out of business. I can get an appraisal for free. I wasted my time, don't waste yours.

This is such a waste of money. I am really disappointed. I have owned many properties (homes). I found every home with the exception of one had no information available. This was a waste to me because all but one of the homes are historical properties… built 1908-the 1920’s. Unfortunate and regrettable. I was really hoping to research the history of the places I have. Please do not waste your money here.

Just wasted $5 - not a lot - but I have a 115 yr old house. I purchased it last year. Before that, a remodel with plans filed. 25 years ago, it had an addition, with plans filed. The house was at one time a doctor's office. According to Ownerly, there is ZERO information available. Not even the sale from one year ago. Nothing. In 115 years, ZERO information. POS scam site.
Since Ownerly wrote back, here's an update. Zillow has current info. How hard did your DB mgr have to struggle to access the same records? We purchased it through a Berkshire Hathaway realtor. It's not exactly a state secret. You just suck and you should get out of this business.

Seems like a scam. First it lets you search for a property, then it purposefully takes way too long to load. Then of course once the search is done they immediately prompt you to sign up and pay before showing results.

Totally misleading advertisement on Fox news. Clickbait. All of the information is available for free for anyone with 5 or 10 minutes and a mouse.
Highly recommend you avoid this one and watch it fall into the canyon of useless kiosk businesses that are aflush out here.
This is a sucker-bet business model.

Ownerly only had records going back to 1998, but my home was built in 1929! They should have had 96 years of records instead of a measly 27! I wanted to know for whom my house was built and who owned the land!

Reply from ownerly.com
the address was for the house next door..yes they own both. I caught a ghost on my camera phone she wanted me to see if we could try to find out who she could have been

Predatory marketing. They say it is going to be $1. Then they automatically sign you up for a subscription and change $41 right after that. Buyer beware

I admit I was confused and thought I was ordering a report on our property from Ownwell. Report I received was inaccurate as it didn’t even show us as owners. We bought this house in 2018. Was enough to cancel; but I got no more information than if I looked at my property on tax roll. Won’t call it a scam, just useless information.

Reply from ownerly.com
I gave a cancelation confirmation so stop sending this

Reply from ownerly.com
I have cancelled this THREE times, they keep trying to charge my card. I finally put a stop payment through my bank. I will try yet again, but at this point they are pretty scammy.

I went to search my own home and it wasn't even found!
I searched my neighbors and they did not find that house either. I searched my son's home and they had his. So out of 3 official homes 2 weren't even able to be found.
Not a good company if their % of recoveries is 1 out of 3 homes.
Canceled immediately
