Here's the situation. In April I made 2 big orders, 3 plushies each.
The first order I asked to delete it the same day after receveing the confirmation email, because of an afterthought,
For the second order they didn't even sent me the confirmation email, and after seeing the many other rewievs of people losing their money and reporting my same issues, I've asked to delete this order too.
I've already made this requests multiple times, either via email or their site, and they still didn't responded even once.
As in the title, both orders make up to something around 221€ (236$).
I'll update this review if the situation is resolved.

I received an email telling me the 3 Nila pulshies (the order I asked to delete since the day I made it) has been shipped on 24/06/2024
Still didn't receive the email for the 3 Maggie plushies I ordered the 24th of April, despite the payment showing on my bank account.

Pump & Skid Mini Plush Bundle
I ordered Pump & Skid Mini Plush Bundle back on November 27, 2023, they said they shipped it out on December 2nd, today is April 26th and I haven't received it yet, I contacted them asking for a tracking number but they never replied back not even an acknowledgment the email was received. This is a total scam.

Ordered a shirt from them several months ago and never received. Website has a conformation the order was placed but has yet to be shipped. Tried emailing them twice with no response on either one. Be wary of Ownaj!
Lost but found
Although initially my order got lost in the mail, the reply from support was both quick, efficient and really kind towards my situation, and got replaced. I am really thankful for the hard work that is being done handling so much, so thank you for your work. It does make me wish to return as a customer even more so!
Great service
At first I was a little worried if the order would be sent or not, happily everything came perfect, the product is complete, without any problem!
However, the product may take a while to arrive in your country depending on where you live, mine took 2 months, yet they inform you of each step of the export and import process.
Amazing costumer support and product quality
TL;DR: Received wrong plush, got sent a replacement that didn't arrive and got sent another replacement. Great company!
I ordered a plush, which arrived in the wrong color. I contacted Ownaj on Twitter, explained what happened, and a day later they sent me a reply- with a tracking number for a new plush! After a few months of the package being stuck somewhere with no change, I contacted Ownaj on Twitter again. A day later- and I receive another tracking number, through a different carrier! Amazing costumer support, and great quality of plushies.

The support here was amazing. I missed my DHL delivery and it was returned to them. I contacted them and it was sent again (I paid for shipping as it was my error the first time).
After some weeks I finally got my package, a small flork plushie.

when the t shirt i ordered was misplaced, customer service got busy looking for it, found it, and shipped it out to me in less than a week.

Unnecessarily complicated, but got my due by the end of the story
Ordered two of the same product on December 17th, 2021. One for me, one to gift to a friend.
Package arrived over two months on February 24th, 2022, only was able to keep it after paying customs, which I can understand.
Now, to my surprise, there was only one product. Fortunately, I planned way ahead and my friend's birthday hadn't passed yet, so I could give them their gift.
But the product I ordered for myself did not arrive soon after. It didn't arrive at all.
Wrote about it on March 25th, 2022, got a reply five days later telling me they'll sent me a replacement.
Nothing on October 29th, 2022. Sent a new message then.
They asked for a new address on November 8th, 2022, which I provided (although my address worked just fine for the first package).
Asked for a status update on January 10th, 2023. No reply.
Asked for a status update on February 21st, 2023. No reply.
Today is May 11th, 2023, and I still haven't received anything. I didn't send another message, might do, might see what I can do to get justice as I paid for two products but received only one and I'm getting ghosted by customer service. Terrible experience.
UPDATE: After posting my thoughts on Twitter, they got back to me, and while communication was (again) spaced out for two months, they eventually sent (another) product. Which I received this time, and in good quality, too! I don't know what happened here, but I suppose I finally received my order. It's weird it had to go to such extremes and even weirder it took that long to get resolved, but I guess if you're not after time, you'll eventually get what you want? It feels very weird as they at the same time seem not to care but again, they went to big lengths to get me satisfied. So I suppose that's that. Thanks for the support!

It took a year and a half to send me my order. After multiples emails and asking for a refund. An item is still missing.
Issues sorted out nicely
I had some issues with ordering, but the owner had sorted it out through email and had also sent me a tshirt with the money i had gotten refunded.

These guys are great, when USPS lost my Flork plush I emailed the guys and they emailed me and sent a new one. I live in the UK and will be ordering again from Ownaj. They were and are brilliant 🙂🙂😀
Poor show!!
We pre-ordered several 'haloween' shirts my son was eager to have. Haloween passed while the site kept indicating the order was being processed. So after a while we forgot about it.
With haloween coming up a year later, we checked the site again. The order was still being processed. Therefore we contacted Ownaj to cancel te order and ask for a refund. With the cancellation we mentioned that my son had grown considerably and would not fit the shirt anymore.
Ownaj ignored our request, send the shirts. Several mails asking for a refund with explanation were ignored completely.
So after more than a year since the order we received the shirts. A poor show!
We can not recommended this company. Lessons learned, we will not order any products from Ownaj again.

The Pump and Skid plushies are adorable! The customer service is kind, helpful, accommodating and quick. Highly recommend.
Took them a year to ship my items
I ordered two of each of the Skid and Pump plushies when they were on preorder (about a year ago) and just received them. I emailed Ownaj multiple times because other people were getting theirs but I hadn't gotten mine. Many of my emails were ignored. When they finally did ship my items it was the wrong ones. I received the mini plushies instead of the regular sized ones, which was about a $50 price difference for the amount that I ordered. When I contacted them about this, they said they could only refund me $40. The plushies were not good quality, One's head had holes in it and another one's head wasn't sewn on right. Will never be ordering from here again.
Extremely Kind Company Saves My Lost Plushies
I recently checked in on the status of my Skid and Pump plushies since it has been almost a year since I have ordered them. It turns out they got lost in shipping, but Ownaj replied to my email the same day, immediately replaced the plushies free of charge, and I received the new ones in 2 weeks. Their customer service was the nicest I've ever encountered in a company. I've already ordered a few plushies from them, but I will definitely continue after this experience :)

Pre ordered Bear and Panda Plush - Brown on 14 june 2021 but have not recieved it. Email and asked on instagram. They ask for my order number and then ghosted me afterwards.
Delayed Arrival
Update: The website owner emailed me back on December 22nd with a new tracking number and I received my order 2 weeks later.
I placed an order back in January 2022. I didn't get a shipping notification until a month later and I hadn't heard anything about it since. The items I ordered were already in stock, so it's not like I'm waiting on a preorder. The USPS tracker said the shipping label was created and that they were awaiting the package, but it never got updated.
When I emailed Ownaj, I didn't get a reply. But, when I dm'ed them on Twitter back in August, they said they'll send me a new order. I then asked if I'd get a new tracking number, but got no reply. Months later, still no sign of my items.
