For a 3000 pounds computer
For a 3000 pounds computer. Sounds like a tractor even when idle on desktop, you would think for that sum of money they would take the time to adjust it nicely but no. Have to do it yourself, if you dont want it to sound like a spaceship when not even doing anything

Thanks for taking the time for leaving us a review, we're sorry to hear that your new PC is a little noisier than expected.
We do test and quality-check every system before it leaves us, but fine-tuning fan noise can be difficult in a production environment. Our workshop naturally has a much higher background noise level than a typical home or office, so a system that sounds quiet to us may be more noticeable once it's in a quieter room.
We also install internal protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit. Please could you confirm that all of this packaging has been removed from inside the PC (You would be surprised how often this happens), as leaving any of it in place could contribute to increased noise or interfere with the normal operation of the system.

Delivery was on time but the Monitor…
Delivery was on time but the Monitor was faulty.
I got to enjoy my brand new QD-OLED monitor for a singular day before the panel started to fail with pixels that couldnt maintain a consistent colour. leaving me with a screen covered in rainbow LEDs that shimmered and flickered in different colours. its only gotten worse over a 2nd day.

Thank you so much for my order. I am so happy I ordered from Overclockers. The surprise gummy bears were brilliant along with the packaging (which is designed well and looks cool) that means my laptop has a way to safely sit on my lap. I have added masking tape around the edges as they were scratchy. I also use this to safely keep my laptop in it and in the bag it came in to save it from pet fur. It came on time no issues. I love the stickers. The laptop also runs beautifully. An easy 5/5 stars.
