Given that Haribo Golden Bears are some of my favourite sweets, if not my favourite, the mini packs included in both my purchases were absolutely a brilliant touch.

Overclockers UK are a brilliant site for anything tech related.

Following the original review, Chris M. replied publicly and highlighted the discount that had been applied to the Grade-B item. While it's appreciated that Grade-B products are sold at reduced prices, it was felt that this overlooked the main point being made.

The concern was never simply about the price. It was that the product appeared to be an Amazon Storefront customer return, with Amazon labels still attached, that had not been checked for completeness before being resold, resulting in several missing parts. In this instance, it's felt that the discount does not remove the expectation that a retailer should make reasonable efforts to ensure a returned product is complete or clearly describe any missing components.

It's appreciated that, further to emailing the Managing Director, Overclockers UK offered a resolution by inviting the product to be returned for a refund. However, the initial proposal required the return to be made at the customer's expense. It was only after a follow-up email was sent to the Managing Director that a reply-paid returns label was offered and the original support ticket was responded to.

Overall, it was felt that the response focused more on the discount and the return process than on addressing the underlying concern regarding the quality control process for Grade-B items. The intention behind raising this issue was not to dispute the discounted price, but to encourage more thorough inspection of returned products and clearer Grade-B descriptions so customers know exactly what they are purchasing.

Sorry, Overclockers UK. It's simply felt that, in this instance, many years of repeat custom carried very little weight. As a long-standing customer, there had been an expectation that the concerns raised would have been met with a greater degree of understanding and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not how the experience came across.

Excellent service, bought the product for the best price, easy and efficient ordering and very fast delivery.

It was easy to browse and select products and the dispatch and delivery went to plan.

I recently received a new machine build. The delivery was excellent (DPD are very good), and the machine worked fine, however, there was a second data drive missing. A phone call showed that 'something' had gone wrong and the drive had been removed from the order - My order still showed it, and they said that it was a problem at their end.
A call back was promised and received and a new drive was dispatched. A few days later and my new drive (Better than the one I originally ordered!) has been installed and is working fine.

Ordered just after 4pm Friday and everything arrived next morning before 10am. Everything arrived in excellent condition and well packaged in minimal boxes, even came with a handful of small haribo packets (although we couldn't partake due to dietary restrictions) very impressed and happy.

I ordered the prebuilt Pyrite with 7700 Ryzen.
Couldn't be Happier with my purchase.
Games load quickly and are able to run with smooth framerate.
And although I have a back catalogue of steam games that this will easily run.
I purchased this rig for Voice Over, and Music production.
Mic doesn't even register it in background noise, and the variety of plug in connections are a plus for my setup.
Also even with running programs in the background such as audacity or reaper the PC is very quiet
Even with graphics heavy games, the PC runs quiet, and was literally just plug, and play.
Shipping was fast, packed well, and in excellent condition.
