Very efficient and quick to answer all my queries

Having seen the advert on tv my daughter and I sat down to really talk about what we would like when the time comes and sent off an email to enquire. They were so good and helpful with a lovely sense of humour from the lady I spoke to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

Got the brochure checked what plan i wanted filled in the form and then paid by bank transfer into dignity bank account now i know that i don.t have to worry anymore and its all sorted for my family when the time comes.

I would only say that you need to make things more clear for under 50's like myself can I (or better yet a family member of my choice) consider this like a bond for instance......cashable in the future upon my death.....I am interested in this myself due to losing two brothers very young 28-31 we were all 10 months apart in age. This obviously devastated my family in many ways..... financial being the least compared to the pain of it all but none the less it did and I don't want to leave anymore hardship than need be if I can. So I'm wondering how well protected are these plans for people like myself who are 31 when taking it out...for instance if I should die at 71+ with this plan well and truly paid off when I'm 36+ for example and mayhap this company doesn't exist anymore.

PROMISES PROMISES.
When I took out this policy I was told I would receive a £100 Gift Card as a 'thank you' gift which is a lovely gesture.
Today I received a M&S Gift Card for £25 which is lovely however, it says that I could get another £25 Gift Card for each member of family or friend that takes out an agreement to a maximum of £100.
Havin spoken to you personally on this delicate matter, I am 'gob smacked' that you had to revert to trickery to get the business.
I would have still taken out the policy even with out the false promise.
I am disgusted that you need to 'trick' people just to sell your product. I think I should make a certain 'watchdog' type programme aware of this practice/

Excellent service that gives an indication of what is available. The only thing I did find annoying was the need to include personal details but I gave max stars s all comparison websites are the same. Pesky!

After researching cremation plans online and receiving brochures, I telephoned a couple of times before deciding on Over50choices. The information requested arrived promptly and was very easy to understand. When I telephoned, the adviser was helpful without making me feel pressured. This plan was easy to set up and I have been kept informed once the plan was arranged. I would recommend this service to anyone considering taking out a plan.

It was so easy to set up the funeral plan for both my wife and myself, just one phone call was all that was needed. and compared to other providers it proved to be considerably competitive, would certainly recommend to all. lastly but not least the agent I spoke too was very helpful and polite, thank you.

Customer services were great and didn't mind having to explain things a few times, after a quick run down of what I'd like they helped me chose what was right for me and at an affordable price, all paperwork I received was set out so it was easy to explain to my family, all round great experience with something nobody likes to think about

I wanted to change our funeral plans to a more eco friendly non religious plan. I saw ads for pure cremation so decided to go ahead. I rang and spoke to very friendly and helpful people. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently. I also saved a lot of money when I cancelled our original plans. Hopefully we will not have to use the plan for a while.

I gave the information asked for, and received a rapid answer. However, I was not told what rate of interest would be incurred if I were to take the maximum sum quoted. This was an important omission.
