Adviser easy to deal with and knowledgeable about system.
Only problem was his first quote was in excess of his second quote which was ok.
Excess of €630 is excessive.

Excellent and informative staff

Very restrictive underwriting. We requested to add a temporary additional driver, firstly they have no option to request this online, you must wait to speak to customer support, they refused to add the driver as he had 3 penalty points. I believe there are 387,000 people with 3 penalty points in Ireland - this underwriting decision seems unnecessarily punitive.

Talking to a person that was so helpful & easy to understand plus the great value l received, saved around 150 euros in comparison to Allianz & Red click ,would want to stay with outsurance if this value for money 💰 doesn't go sky high next time round. If it do I'll just move on again.

The respond time was spot on , no waffling and no pressure to buy the insurance. The gentleman who help me that day was very kind even give me time to shop around and call back.

Great price and service

Calvin was the Outsurance representative I spoke to on the phone regarding car insurance. He was helpful , friendly but not pushy . He answered all my questions in a clear uncomplicated manner. I was happy with the price ( lower than my last insurance company ) and cover provided. Everything was completed efficiently.
