Just why did I get a listening puzzle where I had to identify a cat sound 10 times just for my app to send me a code to my phone? Like I get that sometimes I need to verify my login info, but I was not asked for my password just asked for a code sent to my phone and it refused to send when I identified my last 4 digits but prompted me to solve a puzzle which was so dumb I nearly dropped the app then and there, like what part of you prompting me to verify my email screams this person could be a bot, and 10 times at that, just wow I'd take a captcha with cloud horses or pedestrian lanes over a cat sound identifier any day of the week, I hope sincerely that this is a onetime thing only.

I have been having issues with outlook and the app for months ! I am unable to receive certain emails ! I keep getting errors when i try to log in ! There is no good customer service ! This is my primary email address and I keep having issues, which affects my daily life

you d think with all the money microsoft have they would have a good email app. but the app is just poor at times. The answer mode with all the previous replies is so confusing. also just tried to upload pics to an email on the app (easier from the app as i can access my pics directly on my phone), the app randomly truncates the pics! so had to give up and write the email on my laptop..

Emails come back all out of order from the same conversation. Why keep drastically changing everything all the time. Now the website hasn’t been working for the past couple of days cannot get emails to download. Have reported it and no response.

Same as others. I have a new computer, tried to get contact Outlook Apps to deactivate my other computers, and allow me to activate my latest computer. After several attempts, I have no return response.

Well I have been using Mailbird for over 5 years without any big issues, just switched to office 365 to use outlook. After just one week I regretted and cancelled it because of TOO MANY BUGS!! Typical Microsoft!

Absolutely useless. They NEVER reply to a support request despite having bought their software, submitted logs etc. and this was about 6 months+ ago with several chasers.

Why would you buy software from someone who has no interest in supporting it's users?

DO NOT TRUST.

Sent several emails to support and the owner of the business, not one reply.

Says it all in my opinion.
