I bought a helmet for 100 euros, and it said it will arrive in 7 working days, but guess what ? The order never reached my home, I lost 100 euros, they don't reply to emails, I called them, they only speak Italian and when they heard that I speak in english they just hung up, Do not buy from this scammer website you will only lose your money and nerves.

Shipment from Italy to France took more days than expected. Order confimed on May 23, shipped on May 28. In France, it took 2 more days and I had to change my delivery address. Not the first time I had a problem with DPD in France.

I bought a Berik leather jacket at a good price. The size was smaller than expected, so I asked for an exchange.
The experience was great, with fluent communication and instructions. I was continuously informed about the order preparation, the dispatch, the acceptance of the exchange, and finally the delivery of the needed size. I can recommend for sure this shop. Although shipping cost is free, the return was very costly, due to the courier prevailing conditions in Greece. It would be nice if Outletmoto.eu arranged with a courier special rates, as some other reputable sellers do.

I ordered an AGV corsa-r helmet for £500. I received the product in a huge box that was not filled with foam or at least paper. that is, the product was not packaged correctly. In the end, a broken spoiler arrived and technical support said if there were no holes in the box, then it was my fault that it was broken and they refused to replace the product or send at least another spoiler. it was a gift, so the person who received it was very upset... I don’t recommend this store, you will just waste your money and the support will refuse to help you.

Extremely slow shipping, mails will lot be answered in English, translated after a few days.
The experience feels like buying in a shop from the early 2000 where mailing was a new thing.
Spend a little more and safe yourself the hazzle. This shop is just really bad!

Found an alpinestars jacket I really wanted at about a 50% discount to stateside stores. The order process was great, and it arrived in about 9 days with international shipping. They were also quick to respond to my email with a couple questions.

Reading lots of negative reviews I was quite concerned but still ordered myself Scorpion Exo-R1 Carbon as it was 40% cheaper than in other places. What a bargain! It arrived in 4 days to the Netherlands, as promised. No complaints about the content either.

While you might be unfortunate to have something go wrong with your order, chances are probably still quite small. On the other hand, you can get a really good deal.

Ordering a helmet was easy. Open yhe website and choose. A wide range of helmets! Within one week delivered. Perfect! Good quality.

It took a couple days before the package was sent, but from there on everything went smooth. Great products with good prices. A bit of a better translation of the information on site from italian to english would be helpful.
